RICCI and JUAN did a 10 star job!!!
I now have 4 high powered appliances running at the same time without tripping the breaker!!!!
Before the service, my lights would go out when I ran two appliances. Now I run three and the lights are still on!

Frankie arrived right on time and completed the install of the Tesla Wall charger with no problems. He then showed me how to access the online program.

Our circuit kept breaking at our home in Oakland causing half of our lights and appliances to go off and on for days. We tried calling other electricians in the area but was met with short ""we are not available."" Then we found Frontline on Yelp.
First of all, 24/7 service line is unheard of and amazing. I gave Frontline a call around 6:30am, and got a quick call back from Lee around 7am. He was able to diagnose the problem over the call after taking a look at our electrical panel pictures. He told me our zipcode was out of his service area but might be able to accomodate given our frustrating situation.
Within the hour, we got a call back from Lee confirming he'll send someone out at 9am. (All this happen within 2-3 hours before normal business hours!)
The electrician came right on time (a bit early!), quickly worked on the issue and we now have our power back!
Lee went out of his way to make sure we got the help we needed and was very transparent about the pricing.

Lee, what happened? We scheduled one of your electricians to come out to our home to give us an estimate on an outlet. The window was from 0830 to 0930 am. No phone call, no response. We finally called and the answering service responded and told us whoever booked the appointment didn't do it right-they forgot to get our credit card info. Since when do you need credit card info before making a visit? This is for an estimate only. We have used your company twice in the past 2 years- one for electrical installation of our 240 car charger. We did not provide any credit card info prior to the estimate. We paid our balance in full. We are good customers. To add further insult, the receptionist told us she could have an electrician to come by at 1 pm! My husband and I took the morning off just to get this estimate! If this is how your company treats good paying customers I think we will seek electrical services elsewhere!

I am so pleased with the excellent service and value I received from Frontline. I called Lee with an electrical emergency--a breaker blew causing my kitchen to shut down. The breaker appeared to be permanently damaged. Lee tried to walk me through the steps to fix the problem without the need for his services but it turns out we needed them to come out. I was amazed when two electricians came out within 30 minutes--Ricci and Julius--and they were great. Hard working, fair, friendly, honest; it was a pleasure to have them working in my home. They gave me options and I chose to upgrade my electrical circuit so I could run multiple small appliances at the same time from the same outlet. They worked hard and did a neat and thorough job. Ricci and Julius are true professionals who know what they are doing and I couldn't be happier with my upgrade. The price was very reasonable for the time it took and I appreciate their no-nonsense approach to quoting the work and getting it done as promised. I will definitely use them again.

Short & Sweet, Lee saved us a severely delayed if not ruined vacation not to mention ~$300 for emergency call out. We had a breaker issue at 6:30am as we were literally headed out the door on the way down to San Diego. Called Frontline and got very efficient answering service on 3rd ring...gave them my contact info and within 10 minutes Lee called me, and this was still before 7am.
I was just hoping to get someone out by noon, but then after I explained issue to Lee, he told me what to do...problem solved, money/vacation saved, on the road. Thanks again to Lee, a true professional with integrity.

We had the circuit to our television that went out as we start to watch a 2PM on a Friday afternoon. We call the office and Lee called us back in less than 15 minutes. He asked us to turn the circuit off and back on. No success!! Then he told us another tip and we followed his direction. SUCCESS. We can now turn on our TV. Same lousy news.
Lee solved our problem on the phone and there is no bill. Frontline Electrical Services is in our phone book when we need their service in the future.

I thought I needed an electrician because I kept hearing a beeping sound in my wall. Clearly, I had no idea what I was searching for. Luckily, Lee called back and walked me through removing my smoke detector which he confidently stated needed batteries changed. I was still skeptical but he encouraged me to try this first before I end up paying $400 for him to find the same thing. Low and behold he was 100% accurate. I don't typically write reviews but I wanted to write one because I really appreciate the good deed stories Lee shared and the good deed he did for me. He really could have taken advantage since I had not a clue but he didn't. Thanks Lee, if I have any other or shall I say ""real"" electrical issues I'll be sure to use your services.

I called Frontline on an emergency basis and they did an excellent job. They responded rapidly, were clear in the costs and the process. Frankie did a superb job, explaining what he was doing, what he had found and what our options were. Couldn't have done better. I took one star off the review because $410 service charge for an emergency call (plus materials) seemed steep to me.

All I can say is WOW! Lee is amazing!
The breaker for our AC kept tripping, I called after hours on Memorial Day. Explained my issue and he broke it down for me on what would need to be fixed and helped me figure out financially if I should pay the extra for an after-hours appt or not.
Next day he helped us out, remind you it was 106 that day and he helped us get our electricity up and running so our AC would work.
I could not recommend this company more. It's nice to know there are still quality people and servicemen in the world. I won't have anyone else service our AC or electrical issues besides them going forward.
