My bottom line review is that Frontline is just way over priced. Spent over $400 for the electrician to confirm what I already knew and explained to them, and then was quoted $2300 to do a repair that should have been less than $1000. That made me decide to put in the time and fix the problem myself. 1.5 - 2 hours later, I am all set. A simple fix that Frontline wanted to build into a complete rewiring of my outdoor wiring was simply not required. Just for reference I had another electrician come out, see the problem and without cost provided an estimate for $1200. I don't think I will be using any electrical contractor that requires an up front $400 cost just to come and quote the work.

Having said this, the electrician who came out was really nice to work with, was diligent in analysing the situation and confirming my information and even provided a little more insight that was helpful for me to solve this in less than 2 hours. So, I do believe the company would do very good work and have great people. Just way, way over priced in my opinion. Because the person I worked with was super nice I upped my review to 2 stars.

Purchased a flip last month and have been dealing with one electrical issue after another. Our realtor set us up with Frontline and their service and team has been amazing to deal with. The work in our home has been challenging at best and required multiple appointments with Frontline. David, Juan and Frankie are always very professional and efficient and explain the work they are doing along the way. Would highly recommend Frontline for any small or large electrical job.

David and Ricky were terrific. They showed up right on time and, after reviewing with me what they would be doing, they got right to work (replacing a bathroom fixture, dealing with a ripped out closet fixture, and fixing a non working doorbell). I used Frontline Electrical Services to replace broken fluorescent light fixtures in my garage with LED fixtures as well as to add an LED fixture in my garage storage room. They were the first to respond to my request for a quote on Yelp and were very responsive to my questions, emails, and calls. Gary came to my residence right at the beginning of the service window time to assess the scope of work and to make recommendations, and followed through with a quote within a couple of hours. He was very direct, easy to talk to, and helpful with my questions and concerns. The technician who performed the work arrived promptly at the beginning of his service window time a couple weeks later. His name was Julius and he was a jovial, friendly guy that I enjoyed talking to. He went over the scope of work with me, verified what I wanted, and walked me through how he would accomplish the work. At the end, Julius showed me his work and made sure that I was satisfied with all of the installations before he left. The cost and schedule matched the quote exactly and there were no surprises nor delays. I appreciate Gary and Julius's promptness and attention to details and customer satisfaction. I will definitely turn to Frontline Electrical Services again in the future for my electrical needs.

Frontline is extremely professional and responsive from next day free estimate to completing a non-emergency panel replacement in one week.

The team of Frankie A. and Juan were on time, communicative in what they were doing along with recommendations on placement. The work was completed efficiently and safely with a full test and updated panel schedule at the end. We discussed how existing wiring was run and potential expansion and separation options going forward.

We had ceiling fans added to two rooms, recessed lighting added to two other rooms, and a chandelier hung. At first we thought the quote was high but after asking around, it seemed like a reasonable rate. They showed up on time, wore masks for COVID safety, and wore shoe covers in the house. Frankie, Julius, Juan, David & Ricci showed up and worked extremely efficiently. They were done with everything by 2pm! We would definitely hire again.
