I was extremely happy with my Fourtech service. We were referred through our insurance company for a leaking pipe. B/c of the damage it was causing we needed it resolved asap. The insurance company was giving us a hard time about cost and approvals but Fourtech stayed on top of them and got it all worked out for us! Victor was our tech and he was very professional and courteous. We contacted them on a Thursday and by Sunday the leak was fixed and no more water damage. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality and customer service!

My kitchen sink was leaking so I called my home warranty service, Choice Warranty. I was promptly contacted by Rebecca at Fourtech with an appointment time and date. Victor showed up right away. The appointment was set for 9:00 am and he showed up exactly at 9:00! He went to work promptly to replace my leaky faucet. Victor worked quickly and cleaned up after himeself too. A few days later, I noticed it was wet again under the sink so I called again and asked if they could come by and see what was going on. Victor came and fixed a leak coming from the garbage disposal line that I didn't notice - I don't know if it was leaking before or not but he came and fixed it -- no problem! I really appreciate Fourtech's service like we used to get in the old days. If I have any other issues and the warranty company sends someone else, I will be sure to ask for Fourtech again. Great service, great work.

Contacted my home warranty company, HWA, and the company selected for my repair was Fourtech. I appreciated that they had an app so I knew where the driver was coming from and estimated time of arrival. Like clock work Samvel arrived on him. He diagnosed the leak in my shower and even gave me a step by step of what it could be and and how it could be repaired. He informed me he would need to reach out to HWA for approval on the repair and within 20 minutes he got approval and had the necessary parts to fix the leak. He made sure everything was cleaned up and was done within 45 minutes. Now there's no leak and the new parts are brand new...win win!

I've had great service calls with Samvel.

However, I was not happy with my service call with Victor. He fixed my left side shower knob. However, the knob looks weird and turns in the opposite direction of what would seem normal.

I am very happy with the services and price FOURTECH gave me. They provided a free estimate, stuck to their bid, arrived on time, finished on time and even saved me some money without compromising on the materials. Of the bids I got, not only were they the lowest, but the materials they used were much better than the others. Sam the technician was very professional, explained everything, and always checked with me before making any changes. He is just a very nice person and easy to work with.

I would highly recommend them, and as with any service provider, be clear on your project needs and provide as much detail as you can. I think this was a major factor in the success of the project - clear communication.

Put in contact with this company by my home warranty company because our water heater was not working. The warranty company set up an appointment and Fourtech immediately asked to change the time to 2pm to 6pm on Friday. They did not show up and the phone numbers that we were provided do not work. They seem to be virtual phone numbers for texting only. Found the number for the main line online and left a message but received no return call. Very unprofessional company.
