No idea why, but this company doesn't pick up calls. I was assigned to them by the home warranty company, and I called them numerous times but can't reach anyone. If a plumber is not reachable, I don't think they are reliable.

The technician Sam arrived on time, was polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this company, and I highly recommend them.

Absolute fraudster of a business. Technician responded to HWA claim request for our garbage disposal (GD). Came to our house agreed that the GD needed to be replaced. Collected service fee, told me he was going to get authorization in 5 to 10 minutes to replace. Got in his car and took off. Called the office and was told that he had reported to his office that the GD needed to be replaced, but that homeowner had declined!!! How ridiculous of a lie! Why would anyone request a claim, get authorization to replace it but then decline!!! Was told by office rep that this happens ""all the time, the technician says something to customer, but reports differently to office"". Be very wary of the using this company and if technician comes record what he says to you!

Fourtech recently worked on a plumbing issue I was having. Setting up a time for them to come fix the issue was definitely quick and easy with the great communication their team has! Such great communication that they walked me through every fixing addressing all of my concerns.

FOURTECH is excellent. Work was completed same day, and office staff was informative from beginning to end. They added a clean out in my home as I did not have one. I did have to pay out of pocket as warranty did not cover, but Sam was trustworthy and I had him install it. Great job to the ladies in the office.

I do not recommend this company. They continue to make errors and have to continue to revisit the home.

I recommend finding a service with more reviews and a higher rating as I am not getting results and I continue to have to spend time on getting my repairs taken care of without progress.

They told me I needed a new fixture, when it was a broken pipe.

Had a water leak coming from an unknown source that damaged my garage ceiling. The tech opened the damaged area and by checking several things, was able to locate and repair the leak in no time! Best part was, I called at 9:00 and instead of getting an appointment for the next day or further out, they were literally at my door by 10:45am and out the door within an hour! Great, painless experience!
