The Flores Electric has installed a 240V/50A EV charger outlet and a 240V/30A dryer outlet in the laundry room. I asked my solar company to install the EV charger lines in the attic during the solar panel installation but they could not do it. The Flores Electric did a great job installing the outlet the way I wanted. Rey came for an inspection to run the torque test. The inspection has passed without an issue.

We were so happy with every aspect of dealing with this company. They were very responsive to our request for an estimate and came out virtually immediately. We wanted a light box and a nearby fan/light replaced with recessed lights They listened to our needs and explained what they would do and how they would do it. The estimate came quickly and was fair. The work was scheduled right away. The crew texted to announce they were on their way (which we appreciate) and arrived on time to do the work. When we had additional work that was requested in the middle of the job (pendant lights over the counter), they were responsive, provided an updated quote, and completed the additional work in the original time frame. The entire crew were quiet, efficient, and very friendly. We were thrilled with the results and intend to use them for future electrical needs.

Great communication, quick, and very clean work. Had 3 GFCI's installed into finished spaces with no mess and no need to repaint. They scheduled the work quickly and showed up on time.

Guy arrived late for the quote assessment. Company looked good and reliable but what disturbed me was the quote they gave me. It was for an electric vehicle charging stations(Level 2 charger.) They quoted me for over $3,000!! That's with me providing the charging unit. I ended up hiring Brother Electric to do the same exact job for less than a 1/3 of Flores's quote! Lots of expensive hardware that wasn't necessary was listed on the quote, with no real explanation as to why. Smelling fishy. Two stars because they did come out to give a quote and the company is legitimate. They should do better when explaining to customers, in layman's terms, what the options are for the installation to help keep costs down. Basically, say what's necessary and what's just nice.

Business responded quickly after I sent request. Andrew came for a free quote for my light problem, he's nice to provided suggestion how I can fix for myself w/o charge and pointed out potential further wiring problem in case I need help fix in the future. Appreciate the quick response, expertise and honesty.

I installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 ceiling light, and 2 outlets. As an Eichler style house without attic, installing something from scratch is very challenging. But the owner (Flores) brought very talented crews and created a magic. I like their professionalism and yet affordable costs!!

The repairman arrived on time and began the job. There was a problem with the fitting of the piping under the sink that required a hole to be enlarged. His superior told him to quote an additional $150 to enlarge the hole which was twice the cost quoted. We felt that was not reasonable for this small extra effort. Nonetheless, we paid it and sent a note to his manager telling him what we thought. This was not the fault of the repairman. His work was excellent.
