My rental property had some electrical issues where the wires were routed improperly and causing the outlets in the kitchen to short circuit. Carlos was the technician who was sent out. He wrote up a detailed report, called me to explain the issue, texted me photos, and sent the detailed report in email. When I approved of the work, he worked with my tenant to schedule the work and get it done around their schedule. I didn't have to intervene or help coordinate at all. I got a text from Carlos when he was done along with pictures and an email of the invoice. Work was done expeditiously and the communication was phenomenal. Would highly recommend working with Flores Electric and Carlos again!

We had them do many small improvements to an older house, including adding grounding and replacing some existing dangerous wiring. They responded quickly when needed, provided a good explanation of the issues, and completed everything on time.

We had a couple small electrical issues. It was a little tricky because there are switches (dimmers) at both ends of the stairs. They had a replacement switch on the truck and fixed us up in about an hour.

Rey and his team were great! They did a large project installing recessed lighting throughout the house. Everything turned out wonderful! Rey was helpful in ensuring everything was done at a reasonable price and the way we needed it. They even went above and beyond to do some additional work on site and patch/paint at the end. Ray is the owner, and his crew are great! Ray gave a thorough assessment to my mom (only person out of three) that explained she needed to add to her electrical panel. The other two did not even check it, and they quoted a much higher price. Ray oversaw the work, and they were all so nice. Ray did not even charge for his time until all the work was finished. They did a great job, and Ray even gave her advice about other types of work. Only ones We will recommend!
