Back in 1988, Dave Pasek lived in Morgan Hill, California alongside his wife Kathy and their one-year-old child. With extensive experience in the service field, he realized something important. He believed that a facilities maintenance provider should address the comprehensive needs of clients, rather than just deliver a basic service. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider.
