In the year 1988, Dave Pasek was in Morgan Hill, California with his partner Kathy and their young daughter. With extensive experience in the service field, he realized something important. He was convinced that a facilities maintenance company ought to fulfill the complete needs of its customers, not merely provide a necessary task. Together, Dave and Kathy took a bold step and fully committed to becoming that provider. Now, thirty years on, Flagship Facility Services has transformed into Dave's vision: a unified Integrated Facility Management firm that offers exceptional, integrated facilities management services across the country.
