Company Overview

In 1988, Dave Pasek resided in Morgan Hill, California with his spouse Kathy and their infant daughter. With extensive experience in the service field, he realized something important. He understood that a facilities maintenance provider could and should cater to the overall requirements of its clients, instead of only performing essential services. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Fast forward thirty years, and Flagship Facility Services has realized Dave's aspiration: an Integrated Facility Management organization that provides top-notch, holistic facilities management services throughout the nation.
