Back in 1988, Dave Pasek lived in Morgan Hill, California alongside his wife Kathy and their one-year-old child. Having spent most of his career in the service sector, he experienced a moment of clarity. He was convinced that a facilities maintenance company ought to fulfill the complete needs of its customers, not merely provide a necessary task. Together, Dave and Kathy took a bold step and fully committed to becoming that provider. Now, thirty years on, Flagship Facility Services has transformed into Dave's vision: a unified Integrated Facility Management firm that offers exceptional, integrated facilities management services across the country.
