In the year 1988, Dave Pasek was in Morgan Hill, California with his partner Kathy and their young daughter. After years in the service industry, he had an epiphany. He was convinced that a facilities maintenance company ought to fulfill the complete needs of its customers, not merely provide a necessary task. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Fast forward thirty years, and Flagship Facility Services has realized Dave's aspiration: an Integrated Facility Management organization that provides top-notch, holistic facilities management services throughout the nation.
