In the year 1988, Dave Pasek was in Morgan Hill, California with his partner Kathy and their young daughter. After years in the service industry, he had an epiphany. He believed that a facilities maintenance provider should address the comprehensive needs of clients, rather than just deliver a basic service. As a team, Dave and Kathy embraced the challenge of becoming that facilities maintenance provider. Three decades later, Flagship Facility Services has evolved into Dave's dream: a comprehensive Integrated Facility Management company that delivers high-quality, cohesive facilities management solutions nationwide.
