First off, the same guy that discovered the issues actually repaired them. I appreciated having one expert to interact with. I felt a lot more confident about the work be completed accurately. Job, my technician, was on time, polite, thorough and competent. He never talked over my head or rushed the conversation, so I understood the problems and the possible solutions. I hired Five or Free Electrical Solutions to repair and replace my front yard electrical outlet so I can mow my lawn with electric lawn mower. It cost me $175 to replace the outlet, I guess including service call fee, labor expense, and part. Change another one up the wall would have cost me another $175. Told me I have 17-year warranty. Hopefully, the company will still be in business 5 to 10 years from now.

He came promptly at the agreed upon time which really started the appointment well. He then thoroughly checked on each item that needed attention. I felt relaxed because of his professionalism as a Mom at home. He was sure to keep his booties on and all the areas he was in were clean when he left. He carefully explained what I needed to fix my issues and what I did not need. I really appreciated his honesty as I know nothing of electrical. I requested a quote and was able to set up a consultation the same week. Job was the worker who came to our house for the consultation. He came right on time and was able to fix the issue right away. He wore a mask and shoe booties the whole time and was respectful of our space. He was able to explain to my husband what work he was doing and was very open and honest. Just had a consultation with Job. He was great! Five and Free was incredibly fast, replied right away and messaged me via messages (which is what I prefer!). Scheduling was fast and easy.

Job came out a little bit early, called and let me know. I was unable to meet him because of meetings and he waited until our scheduled time. Wore a mask, stood 6 feet away and was very respectful. He was knowledgable during the inspection and pointed things out and walked me through what he was doing. He also pointed out a problem with the house and informed me to contact my builder to get it fixed, completely unprompted.

I felt like I was with someone who was knowledgable, understood the space.

He was also not forceful about the sale at all. Other people I've dealt with will pressure you into deciding or doing the job on the spot. Not Job! He was very understanding.

If you want someone who understands what they're doing and will do a professional job I recommend them fully.
