I called Ney of 1st Electric to come out and inspect a new breaker box that was recently installed. He arrived on time and made a few minor corrections. He took his time to explained to me what needed to be corrected and he was done in ""No Time""! I will call Ney in the future for all of my electrical needs!

First Tri did an awesome job replacing 2 bathroom exhaust fans. They were prompt and efficient, and do a great job cleaning up when they were done.
Pricing was reasonable for the amount t of work they had to do. Would definitely call them for any future electrical projects

I've read the reviews and contacted first tri electric for my free estimate. Neh was on time and after my estimate I hired them the following day. His team was professional and courteous. Even after dismantling some of my old lighting and finding issues from the former owners they were kind enough to wait for me to run to Home Depot and purchase some repair equipment and even helped install it. After one of my ceiling fans was shipped damaged , neh was considerate and allowed me to order a replacement and came back for a 15 minute install. Once again I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get some electrical done.

Can't say enough good things about this business. They are professional, honest, explain what the issues are and charge a fair price. After they came and wired all our bedrooms for ceiling fans, we installed the fans and they all worked great! After a year or so we had issues with the fans not coming on. Ruben, Jose and Nuygen came to figure out what the problem was (fans' wires were loose). They took the time to check each one, reconnected each fan and got them working. The best part, they didn't charge us!!!! Awesome business who values their customers! We will be using them for all our electrical needs!

I called around to have an inspection set up at a property I had in escrow on behalf of my client and Nay and his team were very responsive. Not only were they able to answer our questions but they were able to set up an inspection the same week and provide us with a written quote and opinion. The price was fair and timing was perfect! I have electric problem for the last couple of weeks. Tried to call other guy no one answer. I check Yelp. They answer me and quick response and Ney and crew come on time and answer any questions that i have. He's a nice guy. And fix all the problems that i have. And very affordable. I will call him again for the next project. Very satisfied.

We contacted them to come out and take a look for some work to be done. We were told between 1pm to 3pm for Friday. We waited here. No one ended up showing up to take a look. Didn't bother to contact them as we felt if they were unreliable this time with out calling us they might be unreliable again.
