We called a few electricians and decided on First Tri Electric. Ney provided excellent service from beginning to end. After having solar panels installed, we had no more room in our electrical panel and had to upgrade. Ney Responded quickly and provided a competitive price. His manner was kind, easy going, and professional. He did an excellent job installing the panel and it passed inspection. He was prompt and his work was outstanding. First Tri has saved my butt twice. My tenant called me desperate for help, all the power had gone out. Ney responded quickly and performed a challenging repair (part was unavailable and he was still able to get the power up) for a very fair price. Fast forward a year and a half later - same issue. My tenant calls - no power - with only a couple hours left of sunlight in the day, Ney arrived on the scene quickly and not only was he able to repair the issue extremely quickly, he didn't even charge me for the part, he proactively let me know it was still under warranty. He could have told me anything, but he was proactively honest and fair. He has earned my loyal business. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This company is great I called because we had some issues with an outlet. Ney said that he would be able to come out with in three hours. He did a great job.
