This was my second time using First Tri Electric. We were experiencing major electrical issues in our home, with lights flickering and dimming throughout. I called Ney, who promptly came out to inspect the situation. After checking the electrical box and breakers, he identified the problem as an issue on Edison's end, likely a bad neutral connection. Edison confirmed Ney's diagnosis and fixed the problem. Ney didn't charge for the service call, despite conducting a thorough inspection. His business is well-run--he returns calls, keeps appointments, and communicates clearly. Ney is not only a skilled electrician but also a genuinely nice person. I am now a loyal customer and will recommend him to friends and family.

I had a faulty plug that caused an entire circuit to go out in my home. Ruben and Win arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of tracking down the problem and resolving it. They explained everything that needed to be done and completed the work for a very fair and reasonable price. Called regarding an issue with lights being out at my mothers home. Owner was responsive and gave me an ETA for his guys to arrive. They arrived at a great time. I would definitely hire them again if needed. I called late afternoon and had them come by the next morning to get some wiring installed. They were able to quote me a price over the phone and that is what I paid. The work was done in a timely manner and the room was spotless after, no mess left behind. I called Ney of 1st Electric to come out and inspect a new breaker box that was recently installed. He arrived on time and made a few minor corrections. He took his time to explained to me what needed to be corrected and he was done in ""No Time""! I will call Ney in the future for all of my electrical needs!

First Tri did an awesome job replacing 2 bathroom exhaust fans. They were prompt and efficient, and do a great job cleaning up when they were done.
Pricing was reasonable for the amount t of work they had to do. Would definitely call them for any future electrical projects
