Great job - we have 1950's vintage home that had ugly old popcorn ceilings - have wanted to get them removed for a long time but was afraid of the cost , time and the mess - Called Bill - he came out to do the estimate, explained in detail how they go about the process and gave a fair quote.

The day it was done Bill and one other guy got the job done in one day - in and out, no mess and the rooms look completely different than before - Great job!

If you are looking for great work at a great price, then this is the place to go. After searching for someone to do my recessed lights and remove the popcorn ceiling, I decided that Final Touch was the best choice.

The owner Bill was honest and hardworking. One of his strengths was his great communication throughout the process. He was the only contractor that showed up on time to give an estimate. The price he gave on the job was competitive.

The work that he and his team did exceeded expectations. They took out the 70s looking fluorescent lights and added recessed lights. They took down the old popcorn ceiling and added modern texture. After all was done, they removed the mess out of the house.

I would definitely use them again. I am recommending to all of my friends and family.

Bill did a great job removing my dated flourscent lights in my kitchen and installing recessed lights. He went above and beyond to prep the work area by covering the entire kitchen and all the flooring from the kitchen to the front door so that nothing in our house would get dirty. We didn't even ask him to do this, it's just the way he operates which is awesome.

The kitchen lights turned out very nice and the retexturing of the ceiling was also done very well.

We also had one room remaining from the previous owner of our home that still had popcorn ceilings. He was able to remove it and retexture the ceiling all in one visit and it was also done very well.

A wonderful job done by Bill at a very fair price.

Very happy with the job that Bill did. He turned up on time, prices were lower than I expected and it was wonderful having the whole job completed in just 2 days. We had Bill remove our 1970's popcorn ceiling, he repaired a section of wall that was water damaged, retextured everything and painted.
We live out in Redlands and it was no problem for him to come out here - bid on the job and a week later it was all complete - wonderful.

Final Touch Custom Ceilings & Walls is great. They removed my popcorn ceiling , re-textured and painted my ceiling. I was first a bit worried about the texture as it was not as smooth as I had hoped but, after the painting was completed, I was very satisfied with the results!

Bill was great. He removed acoustics, textured and painted our ceilings, and dry walled a section of our home that was damaged due to a water leak.
Bill was very easy to work with and was always available for questions. He is still a go to guy for any questions we might have about having work done on our home. If I could give Final Touch Custom Ceilings and Walls more than five stars, I would!

As a pragmatist, I turn to yelp for all things: food, mechanic, hair stylist, theater venues, dentist - when it's an issue of service, food, you-name-it - yelp's my first go-to. SO...when it came to looking for a contractor to work on our acoustic popcorn ceilings, I naturally deferred to yelp. That was how I came across Final Touch.

Having had a bad experience with a contractor (who talked the talk, but was far from walking the walk) a couple of years back, I was wary of searching the market again, BUT the ceilings were in dire need of a makeover so I had little choice.

I e-mailed Bill, the owner, and asked if he would be willing to come by and provide us with an estimate. He agreed and we set up a time to meet. We had also made an appointment with another contractor that same week, but the meeting with Bill went so well (and he left us with such a great impression) that we didn't even bother to meet the other dude and contracted with Bill that same day...and boy, am I glad we did!

Bill and his crew were great to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism - in his e-mails and his in-person communication. When he uncovered our ceilings, it turned out that the condition was MUCH MUCH worse than previously thought. Most contractors would have balked at the job or demanded an entirely new contract, but not Bill (and for that, I am grateful!). We made minor adjustments here and there, as needed. Bill worked the issue out, and did so much more than we could have ever asked for. Given the state of our ceilings, he and his crew really went above and beyond and made it work. This job was no joke, but they pulled it off like the pros they proved themselves to be. Bill even installed some lights (that came with crazy instructions) for us and did the molding for the ceiling. Their quality work and work ethic left us really impressed. Each of the days they came, they arrived on time, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I tend to leech off yelp more than I contribute (I know, bad Linda!), so the fact that I'm actually WRITING says a heck of a whole lot. If you are looking for someone you can count on (is responsible, reliable, and dependable) AND is committed to getting the job done right, Final Touch is the place to go. I WHOLE-heartedly give my recommendation and am more than happy to be a reference. =)
