Final Touch Custom Ceilings

I called a couple of months ago to schedule an estimate to remove the popcorn on my ceiling and was told I would get a call back to schedule something because he was really busy that week. Two follow up calls over the next two weeks and I never got a call back. I think he was a bit put off because I was in the Moneno Valley area and he did not want to come out that far (he seemed hesitant when I initially told him where I was). I understand that some businesses only service certain areas, but I wish he would have told me that right off the bat so I didn't waste my time. I was hoping I could work with Final Touch because they had such great reviews on Yelp.

I've since joined Angie's List and they give more details on which contractors service my area so I don't waste my time. Yelp is great for restaurants, but maybe not for contractors.

If you want someone to show up and finish when they say, without compromising quality, and do the job at a fair price, then look no further. Bill and his crew were honest, and did such a good job on the removal of our acoustic ceiling, retexturing, and installing of recessed lighting, I had them come back and do the same to our garage. I highly recommend Final Touch, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was considering having my ceilings drywalled so I turned to yelp and found Bill/Final Touch Custom Ceilings & Walls. I can truly say Bill is one of the most honest and most ethical business person I have ever met.

Due to some issues with the ceilings he explained that there could be some future potential problems if it was drywalled. Any other person would have just given me a quote for the work and left, but Bill suggested other possible options and even stated that he would research it further and get back to me. He clearly was not just interested in making money off the job but was truly concerned about not doing any work that could cause future problems for me. It was a pleasure meeting someone so honest and so ethical. I only wish more business owners were like Bill.

I think he is a great person, and I am actually kind of bummed that he won't be doing any work for me. I will, however, let anyone that needs work done about Bill!

Bill and his crew are amazing. We had the acoustic popcorn removed from our ceiling and are so happy with the results. Bill made us feel very comfortable from the start. He gave us a fair estimate, and followed through with all of his commitments.
Bill told us that the work would be completed within three days. The work started on Monday and was wrapped up by Wednesday afternoon. I am very impressed with the prep that went into this very messy job, which led to the guys being able to clean up and get out on Monday afternoon. He was able to work around our furniture, and leave us with a livable environment until Wednesday when the priming and texturing was completed.
Bill also installed recessed lighting in the living room, and has made such a difference in that space. Our place looks so much better since Bill and the guys have been here. We will defiantly use his services in the future. Bill delivers!!

Great job - we have 1950's vintage home that had ugly old popcorn ceilings - have wanted to get them removed for a long time but was afraid of the cost , time and the mess - Called Bill - he came out to do the estimate, explained in detail how they go about the process and gave a fair quote.

The day it was done Bill and one other guy got the job done in one day - in and out, no mess and the rooms look completely different than before - Great job!

If you are looking for great work at a great price, then this is the place to go. After searching for someone to do my recessed lights and remove the popcorn ceiling, I decided that Final Touch was the best choice.

The owner Bill was honest and hardworking. One of his strengths was his great communication throughout the process. He was the only contractor that showed up on time to give an estimate. The price he gave on the job was competitive.

The work that he and his team did exceeded expectations. They took out the 70s looking fluorescent lights and added recessed lights. They took down the old popcorn ceiling and added modern texture. After all was done, they removed the mess out of the house.

I would definitely use them again. I am recommending to all of my friends and family.

Bill did a great job removing my dated flourscent lights in my kitchen and installing recessed lights. He went above and beyond to prep the work area by covering the entire kitchen and all the flooring from the kitchen to the front door so that nothing in our house would get dirty. We didn't even ask him to do this, it's just the way he operates which is awesome.

The kitchen lights turned out very nice and the retexturing of the ceiling was also done very well.

We also had one room remaining from the previous owner of our home that still had popcorn ceilings. He was able to remove it and retexture the ceiling all in one visit and it was also done very well.

A wonderful job done by Bill at a very fair price.

Very happy with the job that Bill did. He turned up on time, prices were lower than I expected and it was wonderful having the whole job completed in just 2 days. We had Bill remove our 1970's popcorn ceiling, he repaired a section of wall that was water damaged, retextured everything and painted.
We live out in Redlands and it was no problem for him to come out here - bid on the job and a week later it was all complete - wonderful.
I have no hesitation recommending his work .
