My husband and I were on a tight time crunch to get our ceilings scrapped before we moved into our new home and Final Touch was quick to respond and even came out to give us a quote in person the next day. After getting a few other quotes we decided to go with Final Touch. Their price was reasonable and they did an excellent job! They were in and out within 2 days. They scrapped all of our popcorn ceilings and painted for us. Very professional work and no mess was left.

Bill and his crew removed the acoustic from my home and did an excellent job. They showed up on time, moved the furniture, covered what was left and left the house clean when they were done. I was impressed with the crew, and the efficient way they worked. I will definely have them back out to do some lighting remodel in my kitchen.

After getting a few quotes, my wife and I finally decided to go with Final Touch Custom Ceiling & Walls to remove our ""popcorn"" ceilings and to install recessed lighting. The quality of work is exceptional! Plastic sheeting is used to cover all furniture and floors. No mess left behind.

We were so satisfied with Bill's (the owner) work, we called him back to install more recessed lighting and patch work when we decided to remodel the kitchen. With three separate crews working at the house, the scheduling issues were a nightmare, but Bill was awesome at working around everyone's schedule and even worked when he was not supposed to - he had two cracked ribs and was told by his doctor not to work. We had a really tight schedule and Bill being Bill came in to finish the job himself because of our tight schedule.

Five stars is not enough! Thank you Bill for your dedication and work ethic! I wish you a speedy recovery and we will definitely be calling you back for future jobs!

I called and talked to Bill to arrange an appointment. When I met with Bill, he was easy to talk to, explained the process, and let us know the days it would take to remove our popcorn ceiling, install recessed lights, and chandeliers. He was understanding, honest, and accommodating to provide us the best options and give us good suggestions on decisions. Removing popcorn ceiling can be messy, but Bill and his team, Omar and Mike did a great job to cover everything and clean really well after themselves. The final results were amazing. Bill, Omar, and Mike did such a great job that we ended up calling them again to install extra recessed lights in our other bedrooms. Overall, Bill and his team was great to work with, communication was easy, and they do excellent quality work. I would definitely recommend to others.

I contacted Bill and his team on the strength of his Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did.

I ended up getting some popcorn ceilings removed in my living room, kitchen/dining rooms and hallway. I also ended up getting some new recessed lighting put in as well.

I have a pretty good idea when it comes to lighting, but Bill came up with some good suggestions both on placement and types, which was appreciated.

The quality of the ceiling work is excellent: I wanted a totally smooth finish rather than the more usual textured look: The other ceiling contractors I spoke weren't really interested in doing anything other than the textured finish, so it was appreciated Bill could do what I wanted, and took an interest in my mid-century modern house.

Overall definitely recommended.

I needed drywall repairs, electrical wiring for lights, and texture coating. I decided to call Final Touch because yelp had several good reviews. I called several times and left several messages over the course of a week. Two weeks later I still haven't received a phone call back.

Even if they are too busy with other jobs, they should at least return a phone call to explain that. In my opinion, that's not practicing very good customer service skills.

Bill and his team did a tremendous job for me!!! I am thrilled with every aspect of their work - from their professionalism, knowledge, courteous service, reliability, honesty, helpfulness, clean-up, and prices. Not only did Bill take on my high popcorn ceilings, which also were also saturated with nicotine as the previous owners smoked, he created a nice final texture that complemented the rest of my prescraped ceilings, hung/wired a new ceiling fan, and then even painted the rest of my ceilings with a beautiful coat of Dunn Edwards Swiss Coffee flat so that everything came together cohesively. In addition, he showed good follow through and follow up despite being obviously super busy with a demanding schedule. He was on-time and dedicated to the final results. I felt lucky to have found his company (thru Yelp) and will recommend him with confidence to anyone needing a tough or ugly ceiling job done right. Thank you Final Touch!

Very happy with the work Bill and his crew just finished. Great guys to work with, excellent quality of work, very fair pricing. Job was done fast, and the level of clean up bordered on ridiculous.
