I hired Jeremy for a few projects at my house, and he was excellent. My projects were a little weird and he came up with creative, well-crafted solutions--a strange fake wall/attic door situation and a wood-frame couch that was destroying my plaster walls but needs to be moved around a lot. He also helped me think through some other problems I need to take care of. There's a difference between a handyman who thinks carefully through something and one who tries to force things in a standard way. He thinks several steps ahead until he comes up with the best solution. I find him an excellent collaborator and craftsman, which matters to me in my home. He did all this during COVID (he took appropriate precautions). And he's a genuinely nice person. Highly recommended!

You did work for us in our home about a year ago and when I called you again to come out today and do more you had a positive attitude, showed up when you said you would, were responsive and did a great job. You even went out to source materials come back and then head out again to get paint without complaint. You care, have a high touch and never made me feel like I was imposing on you. Can't say enough good things about your work and attitude and will use you and refer you again and again. Even when our job ran long, you did not complain, remained calm, helpful and kind. Honestly, I went with Final Fix because he had the lowest rate. But it took him twice as long as estimated to do things so it didnt result in any cost savings. He works very slow and I found that he was in my place do the work for entirely too long.
On the upside, he was quick in scheduling and prompt in showing up for my appointment.

Update: An urgent situation arose and though past usual business hours, Jeremy came out to advise and inspect a tenant situation. It is almost impossible to find reliability and pride in workmanship these days, but Jeremy is both those things and more. Highly recommend for all needs! Thank you again Jeremy!

Jeremy has helped us with a wide range of projects over the past two years, and he's done excellent work every time. For two different jobs, he's retrofitted wooden built-ins to fit new appliances, and both times the results have looked natural and fit seamlessly with the rest of the space. He's also helped us with smaller projects like baby-proofing, hanging heavy wall hangings, and installing mounted electronics.

Jeremy is creative, resourceful, and has an eye for detail. He's also a warm and thoughtful person who's a pleasure to talk to. While he's occasionally been busy or had to reschedule an appointment, we haven't experienced any big problems on that front. I plan to work with him again on many projects to come.

Jeremey was unresponsive after my initial phone call. After calling a second time, he responded and seemed rather distracted as he explained that he had to pick his children up and offered various other excuses as to why he was unable to get back to me in a timely manner. As a former business owner myself, I understand work and life commitments, and that they can often interfere with one another. However, his general attitude, while friendly enough, was unprofessional. No potential client wants to hear endless excuses. They want an apology, followed by clear dates and times when they are available. My husband is a part time real estate agent, and we are always looking for great people to refer his clients to. He will not be one of them given his lack of professionalism.

Point made. The defensiveness and inability to eat crow for the sake of customer satisfaction speaks for itself. Don't waste your time with Final Fix. You'll be dealing with an individual who isn't fully developed.
