I really appreciate Jeremy. He is friendly, direct and honest about the work and his scheduling. He has done excellent work for me and as a result I am a repeat customer. Cabinet repairs, stove vent fan installation and bathroom fan/light/heat installation work so far. Very happy and will continue with work with him on future projects.

Jeremey was unresponsive after my initial phone call. After calling a second time, he responded and seemed rather distracted as he explained that he had to pick his children up and offered various other excuses as to why he was unable to get back to me in a timely manner. As a former business owner myself, I understand work and life commitments, and that they can often interfere with one another. However, his general attitude, while friendly enough, was unprofessional. No potential client wants to hear endless excuses. They want an apology, followed by clear dates and times when they are available. My husband is a part time real estate agent, and we are always looking for great people to refer his clients to. He will not be one of them given his lack of professionalism.

Point made. The defensiveness and inability to eat crow for the sake of customer satisfaction speaks for itself. Don't waste your time with Final Fix. You'll be dealing with an individual who isn't fully developed.

I'm not sure how Jeremy's actual work is because he was never able to keep an appointment with me. He postponed and cancelled our appointment several times which was frustrating. If you have a flexible schedule then Final Fix Handyman might be a good fit for you. I work full time and have to plan my day in advance. When I block out time to be home to meet a repair person and the person cancels on me or reschedules it is a huge inconvenience for me. But as I said if you are a work at home person or have unlimited flexibility in your day give Jeremy a call. He seemed nice enough.

Jeremy did a fantastic job on my garbage disposal replacement. He is careful, neat, did the job with utmost attention to detail and functionality. He is my ""go to"" guy for all future home projects. He is extremely personable and a great guy! I was much impressed with his skill and breadth of experience. If you need something done around the house, he is your man.

My experience with Jeremy left everything to be desired. First, the soonest appointment he had was two weeks out. Okay, nothing urgent needs to get done. Except he calls and texts me an hour before he was to be at my house to tell me that four days previously he'd hurt his wrist and could I call to reschedule. I did ask to reschedule and that's the last I've heard.

Highly recommended! I needed a few projects done around the house including a gate rebuild, door rehanging, and a drawer installation. I called Jeremy and left a message, and he returned my call within a day. His employee Gonzalo showed up promptly on the days he was scheduled to. Throughout the process, he explained what he was going to do at every step along the way along with his rationale. There were no surprises in terms of cost or quality.
