I have known Clint at Fel Air for years his biz was in the same building as mine.
I was woken up for the last time, Thursday night by the dinosaur that pretended to be an HVAC system. Called Clint on Friday estimate, 2 hours later, installed nxt day on a Saturday. 9 new ducts, furnace and AC.
The 4 guys on the crew were amazing non stop activity. Special thanks to Brent, Jose

Fel Air did an amazing job - came in replaced my old and busticated with the new hotness (really coldness, but stay with the M.I.B. reference mmmkay?) for a very reasonable price, for the highest quality work.

But seriously. I had a tiny, very loud, decrepit 3 ton unit that never really had the capacity needed. (Best it operated was keeping the house just barely under 80F).

The new system (Goodman GSX16 4 ton) is a great system.

Old junky ducting.. all gone.. old junky condenser/compressor, evap/furnace/fan all gone..

Great guys. Knowledgeable, on point, on target.

Nicest guys you could ask to come over and do a job like this for you, and Fel Air is a solid company from the top down.

The entire process from the first service call, through the sale process when I decided to replace my freshly repaired but pretty trashed old system, through the installation, has been top notch.

Unlike some other companies who shall not be named in this part of Orange County, that I had previously dealt with for the initial service call, these guys aren't upset because you're asking a question or 3 (30?50?).

For me, it was really informative and great, in the sense that I got a much better understanding of the overall system and got to ask about all kinds of fun things about airflow, while doing my best to ensure I wasn't slowing anyone down.

But really. By any measure, I will put Fel Air up against any other company in the business. Great from the tippy top down to the guys doing the ductwork in the attic.

The FelAir team are AWESOME! I called for a quote and the responded the same day, gave me fair price for the work and within 48 hours I was set up with duct work and AC during a heatwave. No hidden costs, no add-ons, no waiting for a break in the schedule. reasonable cost and work done in a more than reasonable timeframe.
The team was very courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to be done and they worked quickly. It was a pleasure to have this team working for me and I would highly recommend them for your heating & AC needs. Five stars all the way.

I was interested in installing central air conditioning. The rep came by the same afternoon, helped me understand my options, did not try to upswell me, and even got me a pre-summer discount. Pricing was reasonable and in line with local estimates.The installation was scheduled for the next day. They showed up on time, everyone was fully vaccinated, and I was comfortably cool in just a few hours. I definitely recommend these guys.

Fel-Air did a complete install on my new HVAC system, including a new furnace and central air system. Very fair price for the quality of the product (Goodman system). However, some minor gripes. They were supposed to install a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat, and didn't originally show up with the part. As the salesman had described the thermostat when he sold me the system as a touch screen color panel, I was disappointed to find out that the installers went out and got the lowest quality thermostat (a Honeywell analog Wi Fi) that they could find to put in. Pretty much the same one as I had previously...not an upgrade. In addition, when they showed up to do the install, they didn't have a dolly to remove the old equipment and install the new (they borrowed mine). Really? Happy with the equipment, install speed/quality, but annoyed with the low end thermostat. Rate this as 4 stars.

Clint is the man! Got out to my house on a moments notice and was able to diagnose my blown compressor on my AC unit. He had the parts next day and had someone out to the house and replace it just in time for the heat wave this summer. Highly recommend fel-air over any other company in the area
