I was referred to Fel-Air by my neighbor. After reaching out and talking to Clint, I didn't even bother with any other companies. It may sound silly as many would get multiple quotes, etc. The call alone made me feel like I reached out to a great company. Gus came out after the initial scheduling. Gus walked me through all the offers they had and I made the best choice for what my needs were - went with the biggest unit they had (yes, I'm a high end user during the summer time). The guys who came out to replace my unit and change the duct work were great. They all kept me in the loop on each process, their findings and any issues that arise. Fel-Air made sure they corrected any issues. After installation, there were some minor hiccups... however, without question, Gus had the Tech out here troubleshooting the issue. Every guy on the Fel-Air team are truly awesome and knowledgeable. I have since refer a few others to reach out to Fel-Air for their ac/heater service and replacement. You won't regret choosing them.

This was my second service completed by Fel-Air that I am very satisfied with. They had Installed a 5 TON Heat pump and air handler at my residence more than a year ago which was done right with attention to details at a very fair price so I asked them to change my 50 gallon gas water heater which was completed today and both times the projects were completed to satisfaction.
They really know their job well and do not cut corners. they had to completely get rid of the old platform for my original water heater which had serious water damage and black mold, it was a total disaster. then they rebuilt a new platform and patched the wall and got the job done like pros and taught me how to set the temp on dial for my new heater and what to do for maintenance. Gus was the person I initially got the quote from and he went beyond and above to work with me financially to make this happen, gentlemen Rudy and Omar were the professional installers. I would definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC/Plumbing projects. It is really hard to find a company that gets the job done the first time. I really appreciate it.

I have used Fel-Air for years. First, to put in a new AC unit, and second, for seasonal maintenance twice a year.
In fall, I'll probably have them install an air purifier.

My AC died and needed to be replaced. Received multiple quotes from different companies and fel air was the best quote. Brian was very knowledgeable. He came over my house, checked the rooms, checked the attic and make sure everything is good for the new installation. He was able to answer every question I asked. The techs arrived on the agreed upon date/time and unit was installed and working perfectly and better than expected. Highly recommended. I will be using them again for the 2nd unit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our AC went out unexpectedly during the hottest time of the summer, and Fel-Air came to the rescue! Gus was very thorough in explaining how the process would work. I had a lot of questions, but Gus was happy to answer them all in great detail. Our system was an older system original to the house (built in 2004), and the refrigerant used at that time is no longer used per EPA regulations. Gus explained how they would upgrade our system to R410a refrigerant, the proper refrigerant to use now. I'm telling you, they are EXPERTS in their field of work! I was worried we would be without AC for a few days due to the season and demand, but they were FAST! And RELIABLE!

On the installation day, Miguel and Jimmy arrived ON TIME and were VERY respectful! Miguel explained the process and what they would do while in our home. He asked great questions like where is the best place to park his work van and what are the best ways to get in and out of the house as needed. Before getting started, Jimmy and Miguel used boot covers to protect our floor and put down tarps to protect our carpet. That was a HUGE PLUS in my wife's eyes, lol! During the installation, they noticed underneath my old AC unit, there was no pad, so the dirt was not level. I had a huge hole, and Miguel and Jimmy did the right thing and fixed it! They added gravel underneath to make sure the pad they were going to put underneath was level and would not break from the unit sitting on top. This impressed me very much because they went above and beyond! They even asked if I had any ant spray because they noticed an ant pile where the old unit was sitting. So not only did I get AC service, but I also received pest control service, lol. After they were done, they walked me out to the unit so I could ensure I was completely satisfied, which I was blown away! It looked so nice and clean! They provided so much value in their work. After confirming I was 100% satisfied, they showed me the indoor unit and how they installed a safety switch (which I didn't have before)! To protect my home if water condensation was to occur.

My experience with Fel-Air was one of a kind! From the initial phone call to the installation experience, EVERYTHING was top-notch service! They cleaned up after themselves and went about their day! They are worth every penny! VERY SATISFIED with Gus, Miguel, and Jimmy! I give them all 5 stars!

We unfortunately had to do a full replacement of our Condenser unit, Furnace and Air Coil. Fel-Air was very fast, reliable and had the best quality for price we could find. Gus was very professional. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions while working with us on our busy schedule. Sergey completed the install and we have had no issues with the system. The entire team was helpful. Would recommend to anyone of our friends and family members.
