Jessica was a huge help in diagnosing an issue I had with my fan in which I thought I'd need to replace the entire fan.

My fan had stopped working and I thought the motor had given up but after talking to Jessica over the phone she quickly identified the issue as being the remote receiver and informed me she had a replacement available in store.

I was able to resolve my issue the same day, and had a great experience when meeting the team in person.

I would definitely return to purchase all future fans from this place.

I highly recommend Fan Diego in San Marcos, near Escondido, to anyone in need of lighting! First, they have some fun, updated, and classic lighting choices. They have lights on display to inspire you and then they have a whole book of other options to find exactly what you need. Luis helped us. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and worked to ensure we found exactly what we needed. When I was in a crunch with an electrician coming and the light I wanted was sold out, I was able to buy the one on display! He saved the day. I needed a special pendant due to the slope of the ceiling; he again worked his magic to ensure we had the connectors to work in the space. The price was competitive, but the selling point was the customer service to get the right lights to work in the spaces we had. He saved us a lot of time and trips because of his knowledge. Lighting sets the mood and feel for a home. I am so thankful to Fan Diego for getting it right for us! Right off the freeway/78. Thank you, Luis! You are appreciated. Job well done! We purchased lights in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I am thankful Fan Diego is in our area! I'll be back soon for the bathroom mirror that lights up! we shopped at this Fan store because we wanted to make sure we got the right fan that was quiet and had enough light and was up to date. The sales people are really friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the Minka Aire twist fan. We were told that a handy man or electrician could install it. so we had a handy man install it and the had to hire an electrician who said that we had to install the app to get it working. so I called the store and they got me on the right app in sink with my wi di and got it working. but this store has the right electricians to install the fan and who understand the app that you need to install. Sign up for their installers and the get ready to enjoy your fan.

Jessica at the San Marcos store is absolutely wonderful! She helped us so much and got right back to us when we emailed or called. She really knew all of the details of the fans, and was able to go through them with us, so that by the time we selected one, we felt very certain it was the best one for us. Purpose: My wife and I came into the store to gauge fan air flow before buying online due to limited inventory in store.

Service: Ms. Jessica Cooper was approachable and very knowledgeable regarding the questions we had asked. Most importantly she was not pushy to make a sale. She gave us genuine advice that was the best interest of the customer and not to benefit their company.

Verdict: I was referred to this store and I will be referring others due to our experience. We bought the fan we wanted online at fandiego.com after our analysis and confirmation during our in store visit. If they had the fan in stock in store we would have bought it from Jessica. Thank you!!

bought two fans with lights five years ago, last week the light on one of the fans quite working, I called and they walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the problem. After several unsuccessful attempts to isolate the issue, it was determined that the light fixture was the problem. I took the light fixture to Fan Diego, San Marcos and Jessica identified the limiter was the issue and corrected the issue. Great customer service with knowledgeable employees. If you have an issue, they'll help you resolve.

I couldn't recommend this place enough, not only because they have one of the latest selections we have seen while looking for fans but their customer service is worth every penny. After we explained to them what we were trying to do, They we're able to give us their recommendations on 4 fans that work perfectly for each room.

Jessica was the first person to walk us through what we needed to do. She was very kind and personable and listened to what we were trying to accomplish attentively. I felt confident we were purchasing the best fans for our needs.

I even accidentally ended breaking one of the blades to a fan and Marco was amazing with helping me resolve the issue and he helped me get them replaced free of charge! The fact that he went out of his way to call the manufacturer and inquire about the warranty of the fan is the reason I will be sending anyone looking for a fan to them. I really appreciate their customer service.

I looked up Fan Diego before I visited. I'm sure glad I did! That's how I knew to seek out Jessica! She is very knowledgeable and gave me great friendly service. ...They have a large selection of fans there! You're sure to find exactly what you need. The young gentleman working with her was just as eager to please. But Jessica has more knowledge of their inventory due to being there the longest. The young man had just started and was still learning the ropes. I could tell he'll be a good asset to the store, as he becomes more familiar with what they have to offer. Jessica guided me to just what I thought I needed for over my bed. A 6 speed, energy efficient fan with 3 blades and a built in light. It came with a remote control too!! That was a plus!!!. Don't go to those other places! Lowes / home depot for your fans. There is no way you'll get the service and selection Fan Diego has to offer! ....they don't have Jessica either!!
