Damon Cunningham, a Bedford, Texas native, is the founder of Executive Home Services LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in home services. His journey started in 2003 as a carpet technician, and by 2005, he founded his own carpet cleaning company. In 2011, he took on a role as a maintenance coordinator at a property management company, acquiring skills in repairs, remodeling, and customer interaction. By 2017, Damon obtained his real estate license, mastering property management and investment. In 2023, he fulfilled his aspiration of establishing a general contracting firm, providing everything from small repairs to large-scale remodels. In 2026, Damon, inspired by his principle: Service with a Spirit of Excellence, plans to establish the EHS School of Business and Trades and will begin franchising the Executive Home Services brand.
