Damon Cunningham, a Bedford, Texas native, is the founder of Executive Home Services LLC, with more than 20 years in the home service field. Starting as a carpet technician in 2003, and by 2005, he founded his own carpet cleaning company. In 2011, he broadened his expertise working as a maintenance coordinator for a property management firm, gaining valuable experience in repairs, remodeling, and customer service. By 2017, Damon obtained his real estate license, and gaining expertise in property management and investment. In 2023, he fulfilled his aspiration of establishing a general contracting firm, providing everything from small repairs to large-scale remodels. In 2026, driven by his motto: Service with a Spirit of Excellence, will create the EHS School of Business and Trades and will work on franchising the Executive Home Services brand.
