Damon Cunningham, a Bedford, Texas native, is the founder of Executive Home Services LLC, and has over two decades of experience in the home service industry. Starting as a carpet technician in 2003, and by 2005, he founded his own carpet cleaning company. In 2011, he broadened his expertise working as a maintenance coordinator for a property management firm, acquiring skills in repairs, remodeling, and customer interaction. By 2017, Damon obtained his real estate license, becoming proficient in property management and investment. In 2023, he achieved his goal of launching a general contracting company, delivering a range of services from minor fixes to major renovations. In 2026, driven by his motto: Service with a Spirit of Excellence, will launch the EHS School of Business and Trades and will begin franchising the Executive Home Services brand.
