Moved here from SoCal and needed our Tesla charger RE-installed at our new place. Excellent responsiveness and very knowledgeable. They do not cut corners, so don't expect to get a bargain, you get what you pay for and at EVcharge4u you get professional highly skilled service technicians. Also, all work is permitted. That's not a requirement in SoCal, so it surprised me. But they took care of everything, even meeting the City inspector. Additionally, they upgraded my panel to their standards, which is above what's required by code, at no additional charge.

I was pretty disappointed as a potential customer. After I submitted my qualifying info, I received an email stating that one of their employees was in the area and they would stop by ""if they could"". There was no attempt at formally scheduling or even asking what my availability was. I received a call from said employee the next day while I was working with a very short voicemail. No follow up email or ask for formally scheduling. Totally ghosted me even I sent a follow up email to them. Very strange.

What a great company. I needed a charger for an electric vehicle, a new Tesla. I spoke to Paul the owner, and explained that I had some confusion about my electrical panel setup, as I also had solar. My problem was that I had a new panel I didn't know existed, which was my ""Main Panel"" due to a Solar-Battery system I had Installed some time ago. After talking to Paul at around 5 PM on a Friday evening he agreed to come to my house to analyze and clarify the situation. I couldn't believe that Paul came to my home within a 1/2 hour of our conversation. He showed me the new outside Main Panel below the meter and immediately explained how the job would be done. He was quite knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He knew how to put his customers first. Within a week of the quote I was scheduled, and had the install. The install went smoothly and was done by a very efficient electrician (Douglas) and only took about 2 hours. Everything was done on time and so simply and cleanly. It should be noted that I also received other bids prior to the work, but the bids were considerably higher. So I was able to save a good amount of money. I would highly recommend this company. They are Diamond Certified, and are approved as a Tesla Certified electrical installer which means that the work is done in perfect accordance with the high standards of Tesla. Having a proper install protects your Tesla Warranty. I believe the company also installs other chargers as well for other electric vehicles. Give them a try and hope you liked them as much as I did. I recently worked with EVCHARGE4U to install my Tesla wall charger.

I'd highly recommend using EVCHARGE4U. After struggling with several electricians who were unresponsive, provided incomplete quotes, and/or were wildly overpriced, a friend of mine recommended EVCHARGE4U. My friend had worked with EVCHARGE4U to install their Tesla charger in 2018 and had a great experience. After reaching out to to them to ask for a quote, I received an immediate response.

While prior electricians wouldn't talk to me until I filled out a long form and included lots of pictures (only to respond with an incomplete or nonsensical quote that wasted my time), EVCHARGE4U instead got in touch with me to discuss my situation and quickly sent out a crew member to survey my home and prepare a design proposal and quote. We were able to discuss several options based on my home configuration and ultimately arrived at a plan I fully understood and felt good about - all for a very fair price.

During the installation, the crew was incredibly professional, checking with us several times throughout to make sure we were happy with how the installation would look and perform. We were very happy with the ultimate installation.

Finally, after the charger installation, EVCHARGE4U scheduled and completed the inspection and made a few final touch ups.
