He was very responsive on my first contact and came out the day after I sent him pictures of my electrical panel, on a Saturday, to make sure our equipment was adequate. His suggestions for our charging installation were exactly what I was looking for and he was able to perform the work that Monday. He even did the work himself. Recently made the plunge to an EV and needed to have a level 2 charger installed. Did quote a bit of research and couldn't be happier with the entire team at Nijssen Electric. We just moved into a new home where the builders had told us the wiring for the EV charger was done, but we would still need to have a Tesla specific charger installed.

I scheduled a consult with Paul via email - he was very quick to respond and we were able to schedule something quickly, even though he is quite busy, he really tried to work around our schedule.

Paul was on time to the appointment (even early), and he took a look at our EV plug and said basically it was ready to go and no work was needed - we could use our Tesla adapter for it. He even checked the wiring to make sure everything was good, and gave us tips regarding the EV rate to help with our electric bill.

We felt bad for having wasted his time, but he was so incredibly friendly and nice about it, and all-around very professional and knowledgeable.
