I called because my Tesla mobile charger was starting to trip through the night. After reaching out to a few companies, Kirill was the only one to contact me the same day and scheduled a site visit for the following day. After a thorough explanation and diagnosis of the problem, Kirill installed a new Tesla wall mount connector within a few days of its arrival. I was having the EV unit installed outdoors on a residential home, what I appreciated most was the electrician / tech lead -Erin, he was very concerned with the atheistic look and placement of the charger and how the conduit would look coming out of the main panel and wrapping around to the driveway side of the home. He did an awesome job.

Krill was a pleasure to work and talk with. He was at the Oakland city inspection himself and he gave me a lot of deals and feedback on my car and EV charging unit. He also told me about a couple PG&E cash rebates that are not advertised as well as the tax rebates. You just have to find out about those when you hire his services.

I called Kirril Saturday and he had Erin onsite on Monday to install our Tesla UWC. I was originally quoted for a 50A installation but asked for a 60A install to maximize charging while still doing it safely. Kirril said Erin could make it happen after checking our second panel - he did exactly that. The install and work was done top notch and really happy with the service. The price was quite reasonable and competitve compared to other electricians. Also I really liked the self service steps for quoting to make everything efficient and smooth.

EV Charger Expert installed a Tesla UWC with a 60 Amp circuit for me, with permit. I am very happy with the service, quality and price. I'll explain below.

I collected recommendations from my neighborhood and work and spoke to many electricians before picking EV Charger Expert. An important piece of advice I received was to make sure that the EV charging station is installed by a firm that does a lot of them, since it draws a lot of current for an extended period of time. A bad installation has very serious implications.

I also wanted a permit. Aside from the obvious reasons, I've noticed that whenever I ask for a permit, the job is more carefully done, without cutting any corners.

Of all the firms I got in touch with, EV Charger Expert was the most prompt, and had the best price and service. After I sent some photographs, Kirill quickly gave me a quote. His quote was half that of other experienced firms, and he charged a small additional fee for the permit.

He wanted to schedule me very soon. He even called me proactively to see if I wanted to do it the next day. I told him I didn't have the charger yet, and he offered to buy it for me, bring it and sell it to me at cost! That sealed the deal.

The electrician came the next day (Kirill is the coordinator), spent a few hours, and installed the 60 A circuit and Tesla wall connector. He was very polite and professional. About a week later, Kirill dropped by and took care of the inspection and permit.

The only minor negative -- Kirill really wanted to be paid *immediately*, and I mean *immediately*, after the job was finished, by electronic payment. I wasn't aware of this, and he was a bit alarmed when I told him I may have to transfer some funds around. However, we quickly got it figured out and I paid him the same day. Overall, this was a very minor hiccup, and I highly recommend EV Charger Expert.
