I feel compelled to write a review since that is how I found Krill and Erin via Yelp and how well they came recommended on the site. I can only echo all the good things people have stated. The timely communication, the fair price, the attention to detail, and completeness of the work. I was scrolling through looking for an EV charger installer and contacted Kirill. We texted immediately and he let me know he needed a few things he detailed in a word doc. I sent those things over and we had a quote within hours. During that process Kirill answered all of my questions including the permit and inspection process. Signed and scheduled. On the day of install, Erin came out and assessed the site and completed all the work flawlessly. I was particular in placement and Erin accommodated all of that perfectly. Once completed, Erin even gave me some pointers on the AMP load and charging EVs which I appreciated as I was a new EV owner. IT WAS ALL SO EASY! I really can't say more on how clear and easy the whole process was. Inspection was completed and I feel well prepared for happy charging days for years to come. I know this sounds oddly too effusive but it's hard to understate how easy and professionally this entire transaction went. Thank you Kirill and Erin for offering such a great service. If you are looking for an installer, stop. Call them now and just get it done right.

I've hired them twice to install EV chargers at two separate homes.

The first time I got a quote, it was less than half the price of what a competing electrical company was promising. The other company was trying to install a subpanel and do all this extra work that was ultimately just project bloat.

They're professional, responsive, and you get peace of mind knowing that you're dealing with licensed electricians. They also won't try to inflate the job or upsell you with a bunch of unneeded crap.

Both houses were in Oakland, and the city requires permitting/inspection by a city inspector. They handled all the details, including meeting with the inspector.

Really can't say enough great things about these guys. If you need an EV charger and you want it done right, highly recommended!

Kirill and Erin are highly recommended. They were priced fairly, on time, and easy to work with.

I had reached out to several installers to get quotes on an EV charger installation. I wanted to install an Emporia charger with the Emporia load management system. A different installer was insistent on using a DCC-9 instead of the Emporia load management which added significant cost to their quote. Kirill and Erin were able to work with me to get the Emporia load management installed.

Installation went smoothly. Erin adapted quickly and was able to utilize an existing sub-panel that I failed to mention when requesting a quote. He was also helpful in figuring out the best placement of the charger with the limited space we had to work with. Kirill came out for the permit inspection and kept me well informed of scheduling and timelines for the project. The installation passed the permit inspection without issue.

Kirill and Erin made a project I was a bit nervous about easy and painless. As mentioned above, they are highly recommended.

A week ago EV Charger Experts completed a two day installation of a Load Management Controller at my home, to allow me to use a level 2 charger on my EV. With a less strong charger I had previously experienced two of my outlets blown, over the past year. The breaker never shut off. It was just too much for the electrical system in my home. Erin first came and spent a lot of time helping me to understand what this system does and how they would install it in my home. A 50 amp box was installed in the garage and it works with the Load Management Controller to be sure there is enough amperage in the house at all times. It automatically shuts off the charger if the house needs amps. The Load Management Controller then checks every 15 minutes to see if the house still needs amps. My installation was complicated because the electrical box is located near the front of the house and there is a small garden between the house and the garage. Because larger wires were required they needed to be run through the area above the ceiling. I hired a Dry wall person to cut the area and once Erin installed the wire the Drywall person sealed, textured and painted the ceiling. Kirill handled all the drawings, City permits, and meeting with the City Inspector. They did a fabulous job and were wonderful to work with! They were much less expensive than having the entire house outfitted with 220 amps. They deal with any kind of EV chargers.
I am so happy that one of my neighbors suggested using them. I'm feeling much safer now that the level 2 charger has been installed.

Our consultation was very thorough and the install went smoothly as planned. From when I spoke to kirril, I got the sense that I am dealing with a knowledgeable and dependable company. After our phone consultation, Kirril did an on-site visit and as scheduled, our install was done and completed on time, city inspections went smoothly. Our installer Erin showed up on time and was very courteous and installed our charger in no time. Took about 8 hours total. I highly recommend their service.

Kiril reached out in a timely manner regarding an estimate for installing a Level 2 charger in my home and answered all my questions. We waited for other estimates that took much more prodding and EV Charger Expert came in with a competitive bid. We swapped out the charger they recommended for one we preferred and Erin came to install.

Erin was polite, explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself. We just passed our electrical inspection. Can't recommend this team more highly!
