A lot of dishonesty here. They didn't show up as promised. Didn't provide itemized quote as promised or applied initial fee to the job. They say their work has 10 year warranty but neglect to tell you it's only if you pay them for service warranties. What's worse is employees at all levels from the workman to sales & management admit the con. Nevertheless, neither management or Trust Dale respond. They beg you to write a review on Google as the workers tell you they'll get a free lunch if you do. They initially hooked the system incorrectly as heat. I smelled burning & the employee said that's normal. Once his supervisor checked, turns out it was installed incorrectly. There were so many other things that went wrong. We no longer trust this company & would not recommend or use them again. They're shady & try to take advantage of customers at their most vulnerable times

Well Its a Sunday and I woke up to a house that is 44 degrees.... yuck. I watched some videos on how to reset the thing which I was hopeful for but sadly no furnace still.... So I started calling around. My first call was to the service provider listen on the furnace, which is ESTES. No one answered. So now I'll begin calling around to see who is available. When it comes to heat the first one to answer my call will get my business. I know your guys need time off too but you are a big enough company to have someone available on Sundays.

**Update** I tried to use their online chat feature to figure out if Sundays were considered ""Emergency services"" and was given the run around in addition to being ""hung up on"" in the chat.... so.... I suppose they just lost my business.....

The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. The cost was very fair compared to other big companies quotes. Will definitely use again. It was refreshing to have a company come out and perform good work at the price they quoted on the phone with no BS..the way it should be.

watch out for upselling. To get emergency service I was required to buy a service contract $169. Then I was given a choice, pay $150 for labor or buy a new condensate pump for $279. (My pump still working) Their emergency service fee was $109 instead of $79 non-emergency service.

I have been a client of Estes for at least 15 years. Today Paul and Tyler from their plumbing division came out to move my water heater from inside my basement to my garage. Those guys did not take a break for 9 1/2 hours and now that the heater is in the garage with all of the new fixtures and pipes it looks brand-new and better than ever. Throughout the 9 1/2 hours they were pleasant, professional and informative as they moved through the process. Estes, you are very fortunate to have these guys on your team!

Also, while it's on my mind I wanted to commend your HVAC employee Elsi. He will be coming my way on Monday and did make a brief appearance here today. Always pleasant. Always professional. And always informative. Another great Estes team member.

One night, as I was a drunk passenger in a car driving past an Estes billboard, I was suddenly overcome with the need to email the company and let them know how much I love Bo (the dog featured on their boards). Cut to me writing an overly emotional email to a business I've never used. Cringe.
The next day as I was recovering from my night, I was surprised to find a very sweet reply from Estes letting me know they appreciated my email about Bo and even giving me a few extra details about him.
It's just about the nicest thing that they even bothered to reply to my semi-intelligible, non-HVAC email. Next time I need HVAC services, I now know I have friends in the biz! ;-P

New to the Newnan area and faced with a partial power outage, I checked every source available for the best company to call and ESTES was my choice. They were as good as they were purported to be! Justin and David came out promptly as scheduled (even a little early) and quickly diagnosed the problem.

Justin took the time to explain the electrical problem (not a big one) and the code requirements for various systems in the home. A great professional! ESTES is the one to call! Now I know why you want to check your electrical system just as regularly as your HVAC because it is the heart of the home!

The Estes Office, Sales, & Installation staff were professional, caring, & helpful from my first call.
The installers were right there when a hiccup occurred with new unit that I purchased. They corrected problem quickly & professionally. They left the area clean. All debris from old & new unit was removed.
I would recommend Estes for purchase of your next HVAC unit. My rating would be 4.5.
