I went out shopping and when I came home, my house was 87 degrees. My air conditioner had failed. It progressively got hotter. I called a friend who had just used Erkies a few months ago. She highly recommended them. I called the company and was given a window of 4:30 to 6:30 pm. They arrived at 4:25 pm!! Adam and his trainee John found the problem, solved it and were finished in a half hour. Adam explained what they had done in language I understood!! All in all, it was a very nice experience. A very negative situation turned into a positive one. I would highly recommend this company.

My 95-year old mother's air conditioning conked out on a Sunday with temperatures above 110 degrees. Definitely an emergency situation for her! In less than an hour from when I called, Josh arrived, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. My mother couldn't say enough good things about Josh (a ""super nice and capable young man"") and he really was a life saver. I will definitely call Erkies for all my heating and cooling needs, as well as recommended them to my friends.

They were extremely friendly and very reliable. They communicated very well to my wife and I the things that needed to be done and were done. They were here almost all day doing what needed to be done to make the installation fit the needs of the house. We got a mini split added to the master bedroom and we love it. We had an issue the second night and they came first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Very Reliable and helpful.

Our air conditioning went out on a hot Sunday evening. We called the place that installed our unit, has serviced it every year including last month, and has the ""lifetime warranty"" and they couldn't help us anytime soon. Called multiple places for emergency service and Erkies was the only one who would send out a technician. He arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. We have kids and a pet so it was very important that it was fixed as soon as possible. They helped us when every place we called couldn't. We are so grateful and recommend them 100 percent.

it's TWO THUMBS DOWN from me - but maybe they were having an off day...

I asked Erkies to quote to swap out ten dodgy light fixtures with some new ones we had already bought and they quoted me $1140...

The next day I WAS SENT A BILL FOR $70 for ""diagnostics"" which was frankly ludicrous and I refused to pay it.

Got HANDY ANGELS in to do the job and they did the whole thing within an hour for $200 - less than a fifth of what Erkies quoted.

Like I said, Maybe they were having an off day....

Our mini split unit stopped working and we reached out to Erkies. We were able to book an appointment immediately on a Sunday. Everyone was very professional and they arrived on time. The unit is working great! I would definitely recommend this company.

Erkies really let a good customer down. The sales and installation of my a/c went smoothly, but when I needed a little help with rebate paperworc, they were no where to be found. Failed to return three calls I made asking for help. Don't use them if you expect good follow up service. My thousands of dollars evidently meant nothing to them!

This morning our a/c stopped blowing cold air due to the fact our condenser fan stopped working. Initially we contacted our home insurance provider who, predictably, sent us to a company who wasn't available for almost a week. After requesting bids on Home Advisor I got a call from Lisa at Erkies. She set me up with Robert and another gentleman (sorry I totally forgot your name), who came out the same day and got our a/c up and running again. Highly recommend using Erkies in a pinch.
