I had an electrical problem that was driving me crazy. I'm good with basic wiring but could not solve this problem. My technician, Roman, showed up on time and got right to work. He was extremely diligent in troubleshooting my entire system. Eventually he solved the problem with a simple solution that I would never had found on my own. this review is for the incompetent dispatcher Sasha. I called to check on the status of my repair that needs to go through home warranty. Not only was she unable to help, all she can say is ""call back later"". Not sure how that'd solve anything. When asked to speak to someone who can, she just hung up and refuse to pick up the phone again. This company needs better training for its dispatcher

Roman, the technician was very professional and experienced. he fixed the problem that caused the plugs not to work and went above and beyond the call of duty and installed two light bulbs that were blown out. I was unable, so he was so nice and kind and did it for me.

Wow, I was a little hesitant in having an electrician come out but I had so many issues piling up so I made a service call to have them all resolved. Roman was truly amazing. He was nice, fast, knowledgeable and skillful. Everything was in working order before he left. Thanks so much!

Hired an Encreso certified technician to repair the dryer at the end of January 2023. Repair was replacing pulleys and wheels. After 5 months, the dryer stopped working and I called them but they weren't available. It needed to be repaired ASAP so I hired a certified technician from another company and found out they had the wrong size pulley/wheel installed and that was the root cause of the problem.
I called Encreso and request to talk with managers. However, they refused to talk to me because that my work was out of the 60 day warranty period.
Whether it's within 60 days or not, I'd like them to at least make time to talk to me. Needless to say, regardless of whether the job was completed within 60 days, appropriate action should be taken when work is done incorrectly and the fact is addressed by another certified technician.
The fact that the manager refused to speak to me made me wonder if their technicians are really certified.

Super happy with Encreso! They were responsive to my inquiry and were able to find a technician willing to work on my old Maytag dryer cabinet. Aleksey showed up in the timeframe promised. They were texting me to let me know his approximate arrival time. He came and addressed the part that needed to be replaced because it was no longer heating and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very personable and even was considerate about asking for a trash bag for all the lint that came out when he took the dryer apart. It was awesome to have it fixed during the initial service call and be charged a fair price. Very happy customer! I would definitely use them again!

Very professional. Technician was courteous to text and call me to let me know he was going to be at the latter part of my service window. That allowed me to do some things and NOT have to sit around and wait. Explained the problem with my appliance with detail. Offered a few solutions so the problem won't happen again. Overall, a good service call.
