I have so many wonderful things to say about Encreso!! The quote and appointment process could not have been easier. I messaged them through Yelp and received a response right away. Katrina, Natalie and Maria were all wonderful to work with. I sent pictures and they were able to give me an exact quote and order the necessary parts ahead of time. I was also able to track my technician's arrival on the day of my appointment, which was so helpful. Evgen arrived right on time with the correct part necessary to fix our broken oven door glass. He was courteous, respectful and went right to work. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. I will be going back to Encreso for all of our appliance repair jobs in the future. I will only increase this by another star, just for the fact that they came back, BUT not after I left a negative review. Some customers only give you one shot, so make sure the first try is your best try.

Also, I was quoted almost $400+ after they came back to get it fixed. I had my doubts, so I asked another company and it turns out, one of the cable was just disconnected from the washer and I was only charged $50...He was there for 10
mins and figured it out...So in conclusion, it was misdiagnosed twice.

EDIT: There was also no CASH OUT issued by our warranty since the diagnosis they gave was incorrect.

Not my intention to make this company look bad, after all, all business have room for improvements and those improvement can be catalyzed by customers feedbacks.

Chris was on time for our appointment. He took his time checking out our washing machine and let us know what could be wrong. With all the electrical issues he said I might be better off just getting a new washer. He then waived the service call fee which I appreciated.

The refrigerator side stopped getting cold while the freezer side was fine. I needed a company that could come out right away. Encreso had really good reviews and was able to come out that afternoon. This was my first time using Encreso. My washing machine leaked out underneath, so I trusted the reviews on Yelp and sent them a message. I received a reply in less than 5 minutes and booked my appointment. My technician was Alexsy and he is great--on time, let me know his ETA, very professional and knowledgeable. Our Technician Chris, thoroughly explained issue and solution both during initial repair and follow up repair of GE refrigerator/freezer that wasn't cooling. Scheduling service was quick to respond and had good communication via email/text on day of service. Would highly recommend.
