This would have been a 5 rating, except that the first repair did not take care of the problem and again I lost a refrigerator load of food due to Encreso not being able to come over for a week. On the positive side, I can't say more good things about Aleksey. He was a total gentleman and diligently tried to fix the evaporator coil and fan freezing problem that shot my refrigerator up to above 70 F. But just defrosting it did not do the trick and a month later the same problem resurfaced. This time, Aleksey added an additional defrost heater wire to the area where the evap coil and fan are, but again today the refrigerator started to make the same fan noise. So, I programmed a ""forced defrost"" (per the refrigerator manual instructions) and I am now waiting for results before I decide if I need to call Encreso again; it may take a couple of more days. I certainly do not want to have to do this each week; specially since I travel, sometimes for more than a week's time.

I recently used Encreso Appliance repair to get my oven fixed. The technician that came to help was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get an estimate and diagnosis for a very reasonable price, and the money went towards parts and labor. Definitely recommend these guys! They're super affordable and great.

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. Found Encreso on yelp. Gave them a call and they responded extremely quickly. Evgen was at the house the same day and got our refrigerator back up and running for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use Encreso again.

Honestly was at a lost trying to sort through all of the different repair companies. Finding Encreso was perfect. They were timely and very responsive and accommodating. Did what they could on the day of diagnosis, found the issue and fixed it within a couple of days. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use them again if I run into any issues.

Encreso was the first company to respond to my request and the only one available to come on a Saturday and no extra charge for being a weekend. Chris send me a message when he was on his way, once he arrived he checked the washing machine, the plumbing and was able to recognize the issue right away. Chris was able to fix the issue, ran some tests, and gave me some recommendations on how to run the washer and settings. I would recommend Encreso and Chris for any plumbing issues.

Honest & fair price !!! unlike other repair people who want to overcharge . Cristian was on time , polite and efficient. Answered my questions and gave me advise on how to maintain my washer to avoid future problems. I actually canceled another company that was going to come next day because of the poor Yelp reviews with the same issue I've had in the past with over charging, saying it' needs this and that when it doesn't . So glad I waited that extra day . I like dealing with honest people . Highly recommend.

Was recommended to this company from some feedback I read so
I am torn in writing this but it needs to be said....

Guy came out the 1st time , claimed he knew what was wrong with
our washing machine and proceeded to replace the part and charged a
pretty hefty fee for the little work he did. The washer worked one (1)
time and then failed/broke down the 2nd time we try to use it. He
agreed to come back out and this time he told us the motor had
gone out!!! He said that it would be a couple of hundred ($200+) dollars
to replace it but advised at this point we were better off buying a new
washer. It was rather an old unit and he knew this from the beginning.
What really surprises me and irritates me is that he did not even offer
to refund us even a portion of the $150.00 charge/fee we had to pay
for something that didn't even fix the problem the 1st time....like I said,
as soon as he left, the 2nd time we used it, washer would start making
funny noises, smelling, wouldn't spin, etc. Very disappointed in this guy! I
would have expected better treatment...should have at least offered a
partial refund!!! Won't use this company again!!!

I had an ice maker and a wine cooling unit that didn't work. Two different companies couldn't fix but still charged me! Evgen of Encreso had to make multiple trips with different parts but fixed what others couldn't. Price was reasonable, customer service was great and skill was incomparable.
