So we recently moved. During the move the dryer got banged causing damage. When we went to turn it on it was making this crazy loud sound. I called and they had a technician out the same day.
He instantly took it apart and found all kinds of coins and dirt build up inside the motor. Long story short the coins had got caught in the motor due to the move.
The problem was fixed so quickly. Very helpful and friendly. They saved me from having to buy a new dryer.

Our freeze wasn't freezing and we called Encresco. The service was great with good follow-up by phone, email and text notifications so you knew where you stood. They came within hours of calling. Christian was great at explaining the diagnostics and made the repair quickly. I've used the manufacturers technicians in the past and always felt ripped off. Our Bosch Dishwasher stopped releasing the soap dispenser while washing and did a ""cold water"" rinse and no drying. Roman, the technician came and cleaned out the filter and washing arms of the machine, showed us things we should do consistently. Now, it seems to be working perfectly. I rarely leave yelp reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. I obtained 2 quotes from other appliance repair companies form the Irvine/Tustin area. Both quotes were very high. I then called Encreso and they sent Alex out. He fixed the problem for half the cost of the others. He was a true pro, very nice guy, diligent and was pleasant to have in my home. The appointment process was easy & they communicated with me real time. These people care about customer service and their results speak for themselves. If you have Kitchen Aid appliances that need repair or any other, I would recommend them.

I have few weeks to make sure repairs do well, but for now I'm reviewing according to present situation. First, the company. Communicates well with customers, can easily be reach even by text messaging. I was able to get an appointment easily. And they have a tracking system to know the approximate time the technician will come. I love that.
Second, the technician, Alexey, worked great. Appreciated his work. He worked quietly. He came on time. Finished on time. He was fast. For now, I'm very satisfied . Now I can do more errands because I have plenty of time since he finished early for 2 repairs: dryer and ref. Kudos to the company and Alexey, the technician

Was assigned to this company from our home warranty. Received a phone call promptly to schedule, and a text message confirming. On day of service schedule I received a text and was able to track the technician. Technician arrived and within an hour resolved the issue (several outlets no power). Good, fast service.

Our dryer started burning ""fluffier"" fabrics such as the lining inside thicker jackets. I thought it was just the heating grill located in the back of the dryer, so I cleaned that myself, but the issue kept happening. We got tired of seeing brand new clothes have to be thrown out so we got Encreso to come out.

The tech came out, saw the issues with our clothes and said the dryer was burning too hot and the black charring was caused by lint/fabric that was literally melting.

He took the dryer apart and also reset the machine so that it runs at EcoBoost, which makes the dryer run longer but at lower heat.

He seems to have fixed the problem and we are no longer seeing any permanent burn marks on our laundry. Highly recommend!
