Phil does it again! Great work, he cleans up after himself, he wore a mask the entire time, and made our family feel safe. We have parents who live here also that are over 70 and he was very respectful of social distancing and wearing a mask. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable electrician! He added 2 new breakers on our panel, allowing us to stop flipping breakers all the time while cooking! We look forward to not having any more trips to panel at night to flip the breaker!

I had purchased a $700.00 chandelier from Lamps Plus that I loved only to realize the room I wanted it in had no recessed lighting or anything up top I can connect it to. So I reached out to Phil at EMP and told him the situation, he came looked at the space and made some recommendations as to what my options were. After about a week or so I figured out what I wanted to do.

We ended up converting the chandelier to a plug in unit. I dont know what the professional terms are but he did exactly what I wanted without fuss. At first I wasnt sure it could safely be possible but he continued to reassure me he understood what I wanted and that it was super easy to do. He definitely delivered. He cleaned up after himself and was super accommodating. I'm soooo obsessed with my fixture and happy he made everything so quick and easy. Super happy customer thank you so much for awesome service

Phil was great! Good communication and went above and beyond the service call to troubleshoot additional electric issues I had (pool light wasn't working). He was out to replace a broken breaker and I was hoping it would resolve the pool light (as the breaker was marked as such), but I knew there's a chance it might not. When it didn't, Phil went into troubleshooting mode and opened and tested various connections along with replacing some questionable ones (without an additional cost). It didn't solve my problem at the time, but gave me clues to what needed to be done and I was able to get the pool light working again that weekend. He was also very responsive to my initial request with a reasonable straightforward quote. Hoping to work with him again on a bigger project. Thanks Phil!

Phil called me within 1 hour of me leaving a message requesting an estimate. He came the next day for the estimate. We scheduled the following week and in less than 2 hours he and his crew installed Nest cameras. He was prompt, courteous, knowlegable, and cleaned up after he was done. He was courteous and scheduled a visit on the very next business day. I chose a different contractor for this job only because they were able to squeeze me in on the same day.
