I found ER Electric on Yelp. I called on the weekend and Romo answered the phone. Since it was not an emergency he scheduled to come out on Monday. Romo was here right on time, listened to what we needed and gave us a quote right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He and his crew were here three days later and completed the job on time, under budget and left our house spotless. Everything they did was top of the line!!!

We could not be more pleased and will definitely refer ER Electric to our family and friends. They are an excellent company and will now be our go-to electrician.

Thanks to Romo and ER Electric for great customer service! I called Romo on Monday and there was a mix up in communication. He was supposed to call me back and I never heard from him. I followed up that evening and he responded right away. We got things cleared up and he came to home first thing the next morning. And to make up for the miscommunication, he didn't even charge me for the outlet repair! Just for that, I will definitely contact them in the future for any electrical needs.

His team, Julian and Brian, were pleasant to work with-- and they did an excellent job installing a Tesla Wall charger and a new 50 amp breaker. Cleanup was flawless too, with all the holes in the wall patched up perfectly and conduit placed discreetly along the ceiling.

Romo and his team came out and replaced our circuit breaker panel. They were all really great people.

I had called other places, including one of the high rated ones here on Yelp - but that company wanted me to call the city and have an inspector come out and fill out paperwork about the type of panel I had before they would even talk to me about the project or give me an estimate.

I'm so glad I found Romo. He came out and took care of everything... all the paperwork for the city and scheduling the inspectors.
