WOW! DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!! My experience with this company is the absolute BEST experience I have EVER had with a contractor. I always set a very high bar, that nobody ever makes it over...until now. E. R. Electric flew way above the bar height I ventured to set after so many disappointing experiences. From start to finish, my job was not only painless, it was a pleasure, and the results are perfect to the last detail. Romo ran an amazing operation, and had skilled and conscientious electricians complete the job on time, and in budget. The men on the crew were clean, polite, and helpful in every way. I am usually concerned about having my daughters in the house when contractor's crews are around, but I felt completely at ease having this crew in my home. Each one was a gentleman in every aspect of behavior, and speech. The crew really went all out to insure that they protected my home, and even the entry to my condo, so other residents were not negatively affected. They left my house cleaner than they found it. Did I mention that they came EARLY to appointments? Do you know a contractor who is ever on time??? I wish Romo had crews for every aspect of home repair!

Must admit I was very impressed with E.R. Electric throughout our project, from our initial meeting to the completion of the project. My home was built in 1940 and we were in the process of remodeling our bathroom when we decided that it was a good time to get the whole house rewired. We upgraded our electrical panel to a 200 amp service. Romo, the owner, came out to give an estimate and as we are talking I realize his vision of what he could do in my house was pretty close to what I had in mind. We ended updating our house and bringing it into the year 2018.

Romo and his team, led by the foreman Julian, were outstanding. The team did great work, were very respectable, communicated throughout the whole project and were very accurate with the estimated time this project would take.

I could go on but would just like to say that I would hire them again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, Romo was willing to work out a deal with me in regards to updating my kitchen when we do that remodelin a few months. He has the circuits in place and will be installingnew lights and outlets once we get the design completed.

We had a no show for some lighting work and they responded quickly as well as showed up early. They finished within 2 hours which included set up and clean up. Also our dog loved them so we knew they were cool.

We had a GFIC outlet that wasn't working. Romo from E.R Electric arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to ""resurrect"" the outlet so we didn't have to buy an expensive replacement. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the excellent service we received.

Had a great experience with the team at ER Electric. Had to get a whole new electrical panel installed, as well as 4 wall heaters and a handful of GFCI outlets to bring my condo up to code. The initial quoting process was great and they were able to get me an appointment in just a few days. The team was on time and was able to get everything done in just a few hours. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional, and they did great work. If I should need any other repairs done, I know who I'll be calling. Would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Romo for maintenance service on my bathroom outlets which were suddenly not receiving power. Romo was quick to reach out with an appointment for the next day. He showed up early, was courteous and professional. He pointed out that our GFCI outlet was tripped up and just needed to be reset. Quick fix! He ended up not charging us for the work done either. I will be sure to come back to him for any electrical projects we have in the future!

Romo was very quick to reply to my quote inquiry and set up an appointment to visit my residence less than 24 hours later. The appointment app he uses lets you know when he is en route, which was very helpful for me in planning out my morning. He was professional, courteous, fixed my problem, and offered me tips for preventative care...all inclusive in his free diagnostic visit! Very grateful to have found a company like E.R. Electric and I will be using them in the future for all of my electrical needs!

We had an ugly wiring mess in the attic. E.R. Electric promptly corrected the problems. I am not an electrician, but their work looks neat, and in all aspects very solid. Will call them again when need arises.

I'll start this off by saying I'm not an easy customer to deal with. I poured through hundreds of these reviews as part of my process for selecting the right contractor to do the job. After getting a quote and going back and forth on specifics where I probably made Romo a bit crazy with my constant questions and prodding they started work on my house almost immediately.

I have an old house on a slab with no attic so it was a particularly challenging job and of the many quotes, Romo's was definitely the most competitive and he was willing to include a lot of smaller changes under the umbrella of that quote.

For starting the work done I had a week I was out of town that came up just as the ink was drying on the contract. During my week out of town, they came in and hauled ass to get the whole thing done. When I got back on Friday all that was left was some of the drywall work, which was subsequently done the next day. Panel replacement finalized the whole thing last week and I now have a house where I feel good about the wiring I'm running on.

I recommend these guys because they are extremely responsive, patient and put a high priority on making sure their customers are happy.
