E.R Electric is top quality work, Ramiro and his team are a great team, very ethical, knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and professional. Ramiro and his team helped us install 3 ceiling fans, they re-wired our breaker box and did aluminum wiring pigtails in our house, they explained all the process very thoroughly. When they finished they left the place clean, and wore their face masks all the time.

Hands down a 5 star business! I don't give 5 stars out lightly, but they were a pleasure to work with. From booking the appointment with Lorraine to the work Julian performed. Had an issue with my hood vent, explained my issue, and Julian came in and looked at it went to the breaker box to do more diagnosing. Made a call and they were able to give me some future advice that may need to be done. Julian, then, and quickly, found the issue - I literally asked how he found the issue so fast. Top notch guy! They are honest and especially during these times with COVID, the understand their customers. Never once did I feel that they were out to get me, just the opposite! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I never write reviews like this. As a matter of fact, I've been using Yelp for over a decade and this is the first time I've felt like I had to relay my experience. I emailed E.R. Electric after I bought my electric vehicle to install a wall charger in my garage. I had also been having weird issues with a particular breaker, and I had asked them to look at it, as well. Romo answered my initial email request almost immediately after I submitted it at 9:30 p.m. He let me know that he could be out there the next day at 7:30 a.m.

He showed up the next morning right on time and took a look at where I wanted to install the charger. He also looked at my breaker box and diagnosed the problem right away. Turns out the breaker box had moisture coming in, and it had corroded some of the breaker switches, which was causing my issue. He temporarily installed a new breaker and gave me my options. Although Romo said he could recondition my existing breaker box, I elected to install a brand new subpanel inside my garage. I figured if I'm going to do this, I should fix all of the electrical issues I had been putting off since I moved into my house 7 years ago!

Romo gave me a quote, which was in-line with other quotes I received, and we moved forward. Two days later my electrical panel was installed, the wall chargers was installed, and I haven't had any issues with electricity since. Romo was awesome to work with. His crew was also top notch, and I couldn't be happier.

Next time you're looking for quality work from a awesome guy, give E.R Electric a chance!

Romo and his crew did an incredible job on our electric! We are in the process of selling our townhome (built in the 80s) and needed quite a few GFCI outlets installed to bring the house up to code, plus the electrical panel was quite outdated. Romo suggested updating the panel to make the whole house GFCI, which killed 2 birds with 1 stone. The home inspection was scheduled for the end of that week, so he was kind enough to fit us into the schedule right away so the updates would be completed prior to the inspection. Additionally, when there was an issue with some breakers during the inspection, Romo not only called the inspector to figure out what the issue was, he came out to the house immediately to address it while the inspector and buyer's agent were still here!

Additionally, the entire E.R. Electric team is wonderful. Brian and Marco were absolute magicians figuring everything out with this dated wiring, some of which required troubleshooting because the previous homeowners had some electrical work done that was not done properly. Their persistence and creative problem solving were crucial to ensuring the electric was made to be entirely safe.

Everyone we interacted with (owner, technicians, office staff) was very polite, skilled, and I appreciated their commitment to wearing masks while in our home. We will be using them for all of our electrical needs going forward, and I highly recommend E.R. Electric!

When Romo came over for a diagnostic, he was prompt and courteous.
After one quick look at the panel he determined it was burned and needed updating. He was here for about 3 minutes. I was not charged the usual $120.00 diagnostic since there was nothing he could do that day. Romo is reliable and knowledgeable.

I will definitely call E.R. Electric in the future.

I needed Ethernet cords ran from one bedroom to another through the attic, at 3pm, in 103 degree heat, in a house with 11ft walls which I though would've been either an impossible task or extremely difficult even for professionals. Romo & his worker made it look like it was a piece of cake. When I do things, I like them done the right way, the first time, & these guys did not only that, but went above and beyond. They made the impossible possible quickly and super clean. Everything came out better than I would have ever expected it to.

Look no further! I needed some recommendations and estimate for a new breaker box. After calling a few other electricians, (who would not even bother to come and inspect the breaker), Romo came onsite, answered ALL my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Turns out, a subpanel is all I needed and as a result, would actually be saving a ton of money... who does that?! I wanted to hug Romo but due to Covid, I refrained.

Romo, Julian and their crew were prompt, professional, and respectful of my home and completed the job on time. They were also kind enough to help with some breaker issues inside my home. Everyone wore mask and were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
