We had a problem with our circuit breakers. I called Jack on a Sunday morning and he was at our house by mid-morning. He diagnosed the situation, went to get the supplies and fixed the problem. He was very professional and talked us through the problem. He went above and beyond by correcting the shoddy work of previous workers. I recommend Emergency Electric One and will use it again for any future electrical needs.

I started having issues with my lights after doing some bathroom renovations. My lights would flicker only when I turned them on, so I was convinced something happened with the wiring during the bathroom demo and was concerned about the risk of an electric fire. Jack replied to my request for an inspection within minutes of sending it at 11PM. He provided a quote but also asked some questions about my lights. It turns out the flickering was coincidental and was simply the light bulb warning me it was going to burn out soon. I thought it couldn't be that simple, but I changed the bulbs and, sure enough, the problem was solved! No inspection needed. Jack lent his knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot for free, and I couldn't be more grateful. If I ever do run into real electrical issues, I know exactly who to contact!

Jack and father are legit! Prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Initially I reached out to have a receptacle replaced near our new tankless water heater. Upon completion of the initial job, I requested a quote for two new power receptacles to my basement, as well as some network wiring throughout the house. The price was too good to pass up! Wow wow wow! I am so impressed with Jack's work and communicativeness. I called him in the middle of a crazy rainstorm after a breaker in my kitchen had tripped, leaving my fridge out of power. Literally off a photo I sent him, Jack immediately diagnosed exactly what was wrong, explained the situation in super clear terms, and came out to fix it in the middle of the rain. Throughout this, he was very communicative over text, explaining his ETA, and incredibly polite. I am so very happy I found him and give him the highest recommendation as a master electrician and kind person.

Jack and his father are honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
We had issues with a breakers constantly getting tripped. This was happening after a home renovation where I had a different Electrian perform the work 6 month's before. Jack and his dad cleaned up my breaker box, switching some breakers out and meticulously tested each breaker to rework the load on each. They were very transparent with what they were fixing and took the time to do a quality job (we didn't feel like they were rushing).

Could not be more pleased. Needed an EV charger installed and I was quite frankly skeptical since their quote was so reasonable but they were responsive, professional, super nice about all, and we passed inspection right away. Six stars if I could.
