Wow wow wow! I am so impressed with Jack's work and communicativeness. I called him in the middle of a crazy rainstorm after a breaker in my kitchen had tripped, leaving my fridge out of power. Literally off a photo I sent him, Jack immediately diagnosed exactly what was wrong, explained the situation in super clear terms, and came out to fix it in the middle of the rain. Throughout this, he was very communicative over text, explaining his ETA, and incredibly polite. I am so very happy I found him and give him the highest recommendation as a master electrician and kind person.

Jack and his father came out and installed new sconces on our living room wall. He did it without any patching necessary. The room looks incredible now! And they were quick and detail-oriented. They explained every step and cleaned up afterwards. I will recommend them for all future jobs.

Jack and his father are honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
We had issues with a breakers constantly getting tripped. This was happening after a home renovation where I had a different Electrian perform the work 6 month's before. Jack and his dad cleaned up my breaker box, switching some breakers out and meticulously tested each breaker to rework the load on each. They were very transparent with what they were fixing and took the time to do a quality job (we didn't feel like they were rushing).

They will be my new go-to guys. Thanks!

Could not be more pleased. Needed an EV charger installed and I was quite frankly skeptical since their quote was so reasonable but they were responsive, professional, super nice about all, and we passed inspection right away. Six stars if I could.

Spoke to Jack who was originally sympathetic to my situation and scheduled me for a Saturday install on the same day as my home theater installers. Jack called me last minute the day before to let me know a job he was already working on had run long and he would not be making it. When I asked to reschedule the following Saturday he had a ""family engagement"" to me this was very unprofessional and with barely any notice. I had to reschedule my home theater installers and I'm still looking for an electrician. Wouldn't recommend this guy at all. He also said he's a small company and nobody else can be sent out to me. So unless you're the highest paying job at the time it becomes your problem if the other job runs long. No thanks

As a response to the latest reply I gave you as much consideration for your personal event (which you did not disclose until now conveniently) as you gave to my scheduled installation that I made the same day as our appointment, work schedule or having an 8 month pregnant wife at home (all of which I told you at the onset). More courtesy could've been given to not cancel on me at the very last second and it's funny how now you say you tried to be accommodating which did not come across at all. (Attached the text conversation so people can see who is telling the full truth here). I make it a point not to mix personal and business situations together as that is the definition of unprofessional. This is clearly an attempt to spin the situation in your favor and make me to come off as the bad guy when I was the one inconvenienced. Happy to prove it wrong.......

Reached out to Jack on a Friday evening when a circuit blew and looked like it needed to be completely replaced. He got back to me very fast, provided a fair quote and scheduled the repair for the next day.

Called Jack on Saturday to install an outlet so that I can use it to charge my Tesla.. he explained to me in detail what he was going to do.. no bs.. he gave me a legitimate price over the phone that did not change...if there was something extra he had to do, he disclosed the price immediately.. there were no surprises.. he wanted to come the next day as I lived in the area.. but I wasn't available.. so we settled for Tuesday.. my choosing.. he came that Tuesday 5 min early.. and finished the job in 45 min .. talk about efficiency.. he tested everything before he left and gave me my invoice..
