Ive had Jack and his dad fix stuff in my house three times over the past year as it also is my first year living in the house. Old houses naturally require upgrades and here's where Jack and dad come into the picture. They have consistently done the jobs right (electrical and lighting). Terrible experience. Called on a Sunday, made it clear I had an urgent electrical job where two different electricians were giving me completely opposite advice. They told me they were in the neighborhood, family owned and it would be no problem to come out for a consult the next day. Then the day came and I had to reach out to them only to be told they would not be coming out and could I describe the problem and they'd give me an estimate? Well, I already described it to them yesterday. Then they told me they didn't want to be the ""third free electrician"" on the scene. Which is their right. But why am I hearing about this *after* you've set the appointment and don't feel like making it? Then the guy tried to walk it back and tell me they could come, but not today (didn't offer a new date and time, though). Not interested. I'll take an electrician that keeps their commitments and doesn't give attitude about the appointments they've set.

If things come up and you need to move, no problem. But it's not the customer's fault you decided to give a free consult and then changed your mind! All you've done is waste both our times when I could've been looking for someone who actually wants the job!

EDIT: Hahahahahaha. Jack has replied below making up an obvious lie about me telling him I tested positive for Covid to justify his terrible service. This is awesome because it's a very poorly thought out plan on his part. You know why? Because I'm fully vaccinated! Including my vaccination card below with dates that obviously predate this horrible experience.

What an absolute joke of a company. I should sue the pants off them for this.

Amazing experience! Needed a last minute electrician for a property in escrow after my go-to electrician had to cancel. Jack and John showed up within 2 hours. Knowledgeable and honest in their area of expertise and an overall pleasure. Will be hiring them for the work needed after escrow closes. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an electrician

Incredibly efficient team - installed my coax cable for internet in my apartment well under their initial time estimate, and arrived promptly at the top of the arrival window.

Everyone is super friendly and took COVID precautions seriously - masks and booties were worn in the house at all times.
