This company treated me like a valued customer from my first phone call for service. Rodrigo arrived within the timeframe given and I received text notifications letting me know that he was en route. He provided me with a detailed estimate. Rodrigo is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable with asking him anything. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he is also the president of the company., when he gave me his card.

Rodrigo, Ismel, and Amaral updated the electrical panel, rewired a few things, and also did the wiring for the tankless water heater I bought a couple days later. They were attentive, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work before I made the final payment.

Their level of professionalism is unmatched. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all my electrical needs.

***Update*** After a response from the business owner I decided to give a call again even after the numerous calls and voicemails that went unanswered. They immediately pick up the phone now when I call. I stand by my previous comment because they knew exactly who I was. But its reported as baseless.

I used this company to install a Tesla Charger in my Home. They gave a fair and competitive estimate. After the initial consultation an appointment was set up but delayed due to a tropical storm. My appointment was rescheduled quickly.

James and his associate James did the job quickly and left the work site clean. I already had a 200 amp main breaker so they created a conduit in the attic of in my garage and installed the Tesla charger without any difficulties within 2 hours. I would highly recommend their services and use them again for future electrical needs.

Lights were flickering in the house. I called Florida Power and Light and they determined that the electrical lines inside the Meter Box needed to be replaced because they were burnt. I called Elekron Electric and they quoted me a competitive price for the entire job (estimated to take 6 to 8 hours to complete). James C and another gentleman also named James performed the necessary work. They were both professionals and courteous and kept me informed of the process. Lucia F. from the office was also a pleasure to work with and always answered my emails promptly. Prior to selecting this company for the work, I had three other companies give me estimates; they all quoted me more or less the same price. What set Elekron apart was their professionalism. Glad I called them.

This was my third time working with Elekron and second time working with James and they did a great job installing my recessed lights and fan. James was so diligent and helpful with the recessed light placement. James also put down drop clothes across our floors and furniture to protect everything from drywall dust. He also wore protective shoe booties and brought his own vacuum to clean up. James install work was excellent and his clean up efforts were equally great. Such a pleasure working with Elekron and James. They're my go to company when I need electrical work done! James showed up on time too. I wish every company worked this way! Made an appointment for 8:30am with Elekron. They said this would ensure that my estimator arrived at the stated time. The estimator did not show up and Elekron did not call me to tell me that the estimator would not show up. I called Elekron and they told me the estimator called out. Don't bother setting up an appointment with them - they don't show and they don't call.

I had a new light fixture installed by Elektron Electric today. They did a superb job and were very careful with the installation and with keeping the work area clean. I especially appreciate James Coleman, the technician who did the work. The lighting fixture was complicated, and he was a total perfectionist about getting things just right.
