I have a house in Hollywood that was built in the 50s with a Federal Pacific main panel (stab-lok breakers). I recently learned these are considered a fire hazard and would likely cause issues if I were to sell the house. As a Floridian, I like the warmth, but I'm not trying to make a bonfire out of my house. So, I decided to replace the panel (and upgrade from 150 to 200 amps). I called around for a few estimates and Rodrigo came out from Elekron Electric. His knowledge and customer service were impressive, and the quote was on point for the job so I scheduled the work.
James and Jorge came out to perform the replacement. They arrived on time and completed the work within the day (which was in line with the estimate). I'm not an electrician, but I know clean work when I see it. Everything looked great and now the only risk of my house burning down is a crazy ex girlfriend.
My interactions with the main office were with Lucia, and the communication was always good. Anyone who has had work done on their home knows that finding a skilled tradesman and finding a customer-oriented business are two different things that don't always go together. However, Elekron Electric has it all! I highly recommend them. I'm certain that if you have any work done by Elekron Electric that the only thing shocking you will be the quality and customer service.

Outstanding company! Jorge and James completed a complicated back-yard job in a prompt, courteous, profession, and capable manner. Work was impeccable and the guys were very neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Prior to actually using this company I was totally going to write a review just based on the customer service alone. Kudos to your team at their phone etiquette and professionalism! We decided to go ahead with an appointment and the tech came and in no time completed diagnostics and repairs. We felt as if he respected our time since the charges are based on an hourly basis. The team at Elekron is fantastic! From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and well communicated. Contacted them for a quote for installing a Tesla electric car charger in our condo/townhouse. Rodrigo arrived on time, answered all my questions and discussed options. Quote was received by email later that evening. Contacted Lucia in the office to move forward and she got things started right away. Worked through the North Miami permitting process (delayed to the holidays, but that was expected) then scheduled our install within in a few days of the permit being approved. James and his assistant, Jorge, showed up on time and began the work. They were super clean, very professional, polite, and worked quickly. Job was done exactly as expected. Can not even begin to express how impressed I was with these two gentlemen. They even vacuumed up the area where a small patch of drywall had to be cut to access the electrical panel. City inspector signed off on the job. We are very pleased with this company and all the team members we connected with throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

I had Daniel and Felix over to install a 240V outlet in my house for my Tesla. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. The electrical box was quite a distance from where I needed the outlet and they ran a conduit through my attic to hide the line. If you want the job done properly I would highly recommend.

This is a super late review, but back in September, James and Richard repaired my electric panel. They were very professional, and quickly diagnosed and complete the work. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician.

My go to electricians! I have been using Rodrigo for 1.5 years now and he is amazing. Today Daniel and Richard came and did a great deal of work for us with excellent service. I had them replace all of the light fixtures in our home including the installation of a remote controlled ceiling fan. They have also replaced our outdoor lights in the past. They are reliable and professional. I highly recommend!

This company is very punctual and well worth the money. The quoting process was super easy and once scheduled it is smooth sailing. The electrician that did my work was James Coleman and he was fantastic. Next time I need more work I am going to ask for him specifically. He is outgoing and will ask what your preference is before installing a new conduit, outlet, and will explain what he has discovered to give you options. I shopped around the for electricians in the West Kendall area and they were by far the best overall. The quality of work is great. I highly recommend Elekron Electric.
