My wife and I just bought a house that still had the original electrical inspection permits from 1939. The previous owners had jury rigged several different circuits together with different kinds of fuse boxes. It was a mess. We could only find one insurance company who would even agree to insure the house.

Todor completely replaced everything with a breaker box, brought it all up to code, and did some additional repairs that we didn't know we needed when he started. He was prompt, efficient, thorough, and refreshingly honest. We would definitely recommend him and we'll be calling him again when we find more electrical issues with the house - which I'm sad to say I'm sure we will.

Oh, and don't be alarmed if his contract states that he will complete the work in a ""manlike manner"". Something definitely got lost in the translation.

Repaired a light fixture in no time flat. Very service oriented. Todor's pretty busy though (he is in demand for a reason), so scheduling can be tricky sometimes.

Todor may be good, but he was playing lot of phone tags with me. I called him 4 weeks ago. He told me he can do it, and then told me his truck got into the accident and he will call me. After one week of no calls, I called him and he told me to call him again. I then sent him emails and left him voicemails. Today I finally got hold of him and he said he has a contract in Sonoma or something and he is unavailable till end of next week. Is he kidding me? I said ""Bye!"" and then got hold of another electrician (Mayan Electric) and I now have a ""real"" appointment this Friday. Todor needs to be organized and start caring about customers. I am not sure why he got five stars from other people, but he gets 0 from me.

We read the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Electro-Integrity.
I could simply say ""ditto"" on the positive reviews but I will elaborate.
Competent, resourceful, and courteous.
I think many positive reviews are written if the person is able to meet the need. Todor exceeds, with a depth of knowledge and professionalism not commonly seen.
While working on our unit he was focused on our situation, not simply trying to rush through the job. His concern for doing the job right was clear.
His rates are reasonable and even more so when consider that the job was done right.

Todor is honest, reputable, conscientious, and effective. He gives an accurate estimate of the job's cost and advises of any possible complications before taking the job. I have recommended him to several friends who have been very satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to use Todor again in the future.

I can't believe that I am not the first to review. But, I will be the best review, to date that is...

Todor is KING of ElectricoIntegrity Land He has worked on our house numerous times, and while he can be a bit messy, he always does an excellent job.

From setting up new electric boxes outside for my Christmas lights to putting new breakers into the circuit box, Todor has done everything and done it first rate.

More important, though Todor is always looking out for you and yours. Of course, it was not our favorite thing to hear that a previous contractor had installed halogens without the proper insulation and that our house would burn down if we used them in their current condition, but at least it came from Todor. He ordered the parts, took out the old lights and got our new ones up and running in a matter of a week.

Even with his penchant for grabbing your last bottle of tonic water right before your big party, Todor cannot be more highly recommended.

Thus, Todor gets 5 stars and deserves 6.

Todor is THE MAN!

I have been a network engineer for 20 years, and my father was an electrical engineer. I have never seen anyone do a better job, and as quickly as Todor.

He came into an incredibly complex task at our Museum, working with live voltage and questionable ballasts, fixed a par 64 Metal-Halide lighting display on the first floor, and in under an hour to boot.

Yes, that qualifies for the title ""THE MAN"".

I would recommend him to my best friend and anyone else that would listen.

I found Electro-Ingegrity on Yelp and decided to give him a try. Todor showed up for the repair within the short time-frame we agreed upon, performed the repair efficiently, answered all of my questions, was very pleasant, and charged a reasonable fee. I would call upon him again when I need electrical work.

Boy am I glad I found Electro-Integrity and Todor. The name says it all. He's responsive, knowledgeable, a good estimator of time, wants to do things up to code, even if there is no permit, and very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had an 11th hour rewiring job of a raw space we're converting to an office; a pretty straightforward job. My contractor thought would take a few hours max. (He's not a licensed electrician, but I still used his estimate as a rough benchmark.) My contractor called his electrician, who was too busy. I called 4 electricians on Yelp--2 came to look at the job; one said it would take 4 hours and wanted to charge me $600. for the job; the other said it would take ""5-6 hours"" and wanted to charge me $1000! The third might have been a good electrician but I couldn't understand his English at all, so declined to have him look at the job. The 4th never followed up.

Thank God, I reached Todor! He came when he said he would, the job took almost exactly what he said it would (about 4.5 hours) and the bill was $425, which included materials. He did a superior job, even doing things I wouldn't have thought about , such as ""nail proofing"" some of the wiring.

As I said, the name Electro-Integrity says it all.

UPDATED 9/2/2009: OK, after Todor did such a nice job with our recessed lighting (see paragraph below), we had him back to do an even bigger job - all the lights, outlets, etc... related to a full kitchen remodel. WOW, he was as good as ever. He was so thoughtful in approaching his work, always coming up with suggestions that made TONS of sense to us. (We're electrical philistines so it's good to have some guidance.) And he knows all the electrical code rules, etc... He was flexible in working hours - and was reasonably priced. And the other contractors (drywall, carpenter, etc..) commented on how good it was to collaborate with Todor. He's the best.



We used Todor to install recessed lighting thoughout our entire house. We couldn't be happier with his work. He was professional and courteous at all times, and did a terrific job. His prices were reasonable, too. He also provided very good suggestions to our lighting plan. He was always on time, and cleaned up perfectly after the job. Nice extra touches thoughout all of his work. I'll use him for any future electrical jobs.
