Todor is a rockstar! We just had our hot tub electrical box and system installed. This is a pretty complicated installation. I know because we had it installed in our previous homes. Todor did it faster and cheaper than anyone else who bid on the job. He is thorough and really knows his stuff. Plus i found him to be friendly. Highly recommended!

Pros:
- Completed most of required work: installed new bathroom fan, installed exterior light, and diagnosed fault in bathroom lighting

Cons:
- Failed to diagnose problem with fan/light in second bathroom, seemingly mainly because they didn't want to get up in the crawl space
- Cut more holes than needed in drywall. Cut holes ""willy-nilly"" (tons of little pieces around the fan, rather than one big piece and drilled holes rather than cut into the drywall at a 45 degree angle--the standard for cutting drywall that needs to be REPLACED)
- THREW AWAY THE CUT OUT DRYWALL PIECES: just WHAT is supposed to go in their place??! [Luckily I retrieved the usable pieces from the bin.]

All in all, not an experience that is on par with the other glowing reviews of Electro-Integrity on Yelp.

I recently purchased a 101 year old house and with that came a number of ghosts of poor DIY projects gone awry. Luckily, Todor was able to hold our hands through all of the things that needed remedy for safety, and was also able to knock out some projects which just upgraded our lifestyle (hello wall mounted TV, yeah!).

I know we've found our electrician. I trust him. He does 1st rate work. What more could you want from an electrician?

We recently had an electric skylight installed but the installer couldn't figure out how to get power to it. Todor quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He's our new electrician. A+ service.

Follow up: Todor has done two more jobs for us, one that took most of a day and another that took an hour. Again, he was excellent at both. He's the best.

Definitely a fan. Hired him for some electrical circuits work and he did a high quality job. There were a few surprises but most of that I chalk up to both of us being very busy at the same time and my not communicating enough.
Advice I would give others is to just thoroughly go through everything related to the project prior to start.

He is terrific at explaining items and if you do not understand something, just ask again and he'll clarify. He is also very understanding of changes during the job, which was great.

Would recommend him to anyone.

We recently had a closet converted into a built in office space. I've had Todor over for two projects and he has been very professional on both occasions. The first project was to pull electrical power from our existing outlets over into our office space. The second project was to install overhead and undershelf lighting in that same space.

Todor and his team were neat and efficient on both cases. The work was done quickly and I was really happy with the results. He is very busy, but was good about telling me when he would be available and was even able to make time for me when I know his schedule was already full.

He knows the SF electrical codes well and is good about recommending the best way to approach a project.

Todor is awesome! He came over and made what turned out to be a minor repair, but which I was worried would be an expensive one. And he didn't charge us!
The last time I had an electrician over he didin't fix the problem and he still charged me over a hundred bucks just for showing up.
Not Todor! He's amazing. Do yourself a favor and hire him. You will be very satisfied. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Todor did a wonderful job in my apartment! He converted the pull chain light fixture in my walk-in closet to a wall switch and then installed a mini chandelier. What I liked about him was that he provided a competitive quote by email and did a thorough job. Most importantly, he was very experienced and trustworthy. I would definitely hire Todor again!

I wish I could've learned how great Todor's workmanship is, but gee......he totally failed to show up at my house. I contacted him by email over the weekend to look into a broken circuit breaker and asked what time he would be available this week. He got back to me several hours later and said ""between 4:45-5pm Tuesday."" Perfect. So I rushed home from work early today in order to meet him. 5, 5:15 comes and goes. I call his cell phone---no answer. Leave a voicemail. He doesn't try contacting me until well after 7pm tonight at which point I've already left my house. Perhaps he could pay ME $125/hour for losing 2 hours of my life? I'll be calling someone else.
