Todor is fantastic. He is very professional, knowledgeable about city codes, plumbing inspectors, and pretty much knows the city's process. He worked in 2 separate units for us on electrical upgrades. Condo conversion work. He cuts neat holes, does tidy work, and yes wears booties over his shoes. We definitely will continue to hire him for projects.

Todor came to fix the in-wall electric heaters at our apartment.

He's a good communicator on the phone and in person. He worked quickly and with attention to detail. (Booties over his shoes in the house, for example.) His pricing is fair and transparent (he emailed scanned copy of the parts receipt from his source).

I'd hire him again in a heartbeat for anything electrical. Highly recommended.

Todor was very professional and knowledgeable from my first conversation with him on the phone. He's familiar with electrical codes and is not going to do something just because it is cheap. My business partner and I needed some electrical outlets and a new suspended fluorescent fixture installed quickly in our garage commercial space and Todor and his assistant delivered in spades. As an architect, I love the fact that he ran the flex conduit in the joist cavity of the ceiling rather than surface mounting, which would have been the easier (but less attractive) way to do it. All conduits were neatly installed, plumb and good quality receptacles and faceplates used.

Make sure that if you are installing new lighting fixtures, you are clear that he does not include the cost of the fixtures in his bid. But once we clarified this point, Todor went out and got the fixture for us and it looks great.

Todor also pointed out some other electrical deficiencies that we may have to address at a later date, useful information for any homeowner.

This business is run by a gentleman named Todor who is the BEST. We were panicking because we had tenants moving in, but we had some critical electrical work to finish first in the garage. We called one electrician who cancelled on us two times and seemed indifferent to our needs. So we gave up and called Electro-Integrity instead. Todor called me right back and stopped over that afternoon to give us an estimate. My business partner is an architect who knows his stuff, and Electro-Integrity's work was absolutely superior in every respect. We had requested that the work be done by Monday end of day, and they were done Monday morning and the total cost was exactly what their bid had stated. We are wildly delighted to have found a reliable electrician in San Francisco. We'll be using them all the time now.

We re-hired Todor to put in some can lights in the ceiling. As I mentioned in my last review, during our last service upgrade, he found some serious fire hazards. Well, he took care of all that and then some this time.

His bid rate for the job was very reasonable, but what struck me is that he did more work than was specifically outlined in the bid. It was obvious that he is more concerned with the quality of his work and the safety of his clients than what is specifically outlined on a bid.

Same as with last time, he was very clean about his work and he and his assistant cleaned up after themselves always. There was an unfortunate mishap with some varnish on the wood floor and the cause was in question, but he took care of it for us no problem.

I already had full confidence in the quality of Todor's work, but he has proven that he is the real deal. He also smart and understands that word of mouth is the best way to drum up business and believe me, because he left us so pleased, I have recommended his services to anyone who will listen.

Todor and his team were great. We had them initially do some electrical work in the front room of our business about 3 years ago and they did an awesome job. So naturally, when it was time to upgrade our electrical and add extra outlets that were dedicated solely to themselves, Todor was the first guy we thought of. I was certainly what you call a difficult client. I had a bearing go bad on a fan in my guest bedroom, right before I was going to have guests in town. That turned into ""while I'm at it, I might as well get these six other projects completed"". To make matters worse, I live in one of those old victorians where all of the fixtures are different: some are glass pipes, others are electronic boxes, and none of it is easy.

Todor come over on quick notice and accomplished all of the projects in one day. His solutions were creative and his work was extremely professional. I would highly recommend him for any electrical project.

When I've had issues with his work he's always come back to fix it. If I had one criticism of Todor it would be that he's too busy for me now!
