I purchased a sauna that required a 20 watt plug and circuit breaker. Initially a gentleman named Doug came to the house and provided me a quote. Of the quotes I received I liked Doug the best. I felt he and his company would be honest.

For the work Ian came over (on-time) and started doing his ""electrical thing"". Once the work was completed we realized that there was an issue. I wasn't sure I needed to test the ""honest"" feeling I got so fast... Ian called Doug and we all came to a solution that was more than fair for me. It's easy to give a five star review when work is done and everything works as it was indented from the beginning.

For this job, small hiccup, Ian jumped to solution mode and between he and Doug it was a small speed bump. The Sauna is working great, my wife and I used it the first night.

Setting up an estimate and visit: Great. Follow up reminder on my phone: Great. Electrician shows up on time: Great. Price for the 3 jobs I needed: Great. Much better than the other quotes... Job was completed quickly and thoughtfully. My wife was happy. Great.

After writing my initial review I was contacted by Doug, the owner. He sincerely apologized for what we went through and said it was not indicative of the customer experience their company strives for. He sent another electrician over to troubleshoot the problem free of charge. The new electrician diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes! Additionally Doug offered to send back that new electrician to finish the original work that we wanted to have done and we did not have to pay any additional fee. The electrician arrived on time and explained to me exactly what he was going to do and did it cleanly and efficiently.

I can appreciate the commitment to customer service that this company has and would definitely use them again for future electrician needs.

Needed a wire moved in the wall where i wanted to put a pet door. Found these guys on Yelp and I was not disappointed. Great experience from evaluation with Austin through work done by Ian and Xavier. (They were a little late, but once I spoke with Ian, we worked out a better ETA). Installed a flood light and security camera also. Made sure everything was working and that I was happy before they left. Highly recommend them, plus I have another job for them in a few months.
