Booked a consultation through yelp (consultation confirmed) and took time off work. They didn't show up and when I called them they said they didn't book me because they didn't have my email. That's not how you do business.

I did not hire this company because their price of basic diagnoses are much higher than other vendors.. started with $125 and difficult case of diagnoses are $330 up... and once customer requested to run the test, he said he clicked the iPad icon and the clock would starts he said. The labor would applied after an hour of searching what is wrong with and this company is on close monitoring on those all workers quota. I did not feel any generously as he did nothing other than hearing the problem I explained. I honestly could have done this over the phone without setup an appointment.

Great overall experience and they were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Bill Dynes came to our house to address electrical issues with selling our home. Got the work done in less than 2 hours. Bill was great to work with, he explained me to what the issues where and what needed to be dine . I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Electrical Insight was great to work with. Ian actually came out twice to do estimates since the scope of our work changed at some point. He was also the one to do the work which was quick and clean. Pricing wise, they were pretty on par, if not cheaper than other estimates, but with the 10% first-time customer discount, they easily beat out other electricians. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely reach out to them for any future electrical needs!
