We had a weird electrical issue after I flipped a circuit breaker last week. I went to Yelp to find someone to come take a look at it. The reason I went with Electrical Insight is that they do a free consultation. A lot of other electricians in our area charge just for a consultation.

When the tech came out, he was super honest with me. Gave me a fair quote to come back the next day and fix the issue, and then showed up on time and fixed the issue for said fair price.

Needed an old chandelier removed and a new one hung up. Not a biggie except this one was 20 feet up in the middle of an entryway, with no walls around to support a ladder! A couple of companies wanted nothing to do with us. Rob came by for an estimate and said no problem and gave an extremely fair price for the job.

Communication with the office staff was flawless when my appointment was scheduled and I was even texted and emailed reminders as to times and dates, very reassuring and great service!

Rob, Doug and another gentleman came out to do the job. They all were the nicest, most professional and caring folks we have ever had working on the house. Using scaffolding to reach the 20 foot height, they were fast, efficient and not only did a great ""remove and replace"" of our chandelier, they left the work area cleaner than when they found it. The work was perfect, the crew was wonderful and the price was right on. We're never going anywhere else for our electrical needs!

Robbie turned our electrical problems into a thing of the past after he spent a couple hours at our home yesterday. Professional and personable Robbie did great work with an amazing attitude of humble service. For years, we were looking for a mix of electrician and lighting technician, an expert who knows the trade from top to bottom and we found him when Robbie showed up. He worked quickly, pulled Austin in to help because once we 'knew we found our guy' we gave him more work than he planned for!

My advice, hire these guys, they won't let you down!

We got a quote for a full electrical panel upgrade in February, and signed the work order to begin the permit process. 2 months later (which is normal) when our permits finally came back, the company called us and said they incorrectly quoted the project, and it was now going to be $1,000 MORE EXPENSIVE. They said prices had gone up. That was a 30% price increase. I cancelled the work order. This company is ethically questionable, and does not honor their word. Beware, they could change their prices at any time, especially once they feel it's too late for you to back out.

Austin is awesome! He is one of the owners. He came out and fixed our issue. I called around and this company is by far the most responsive. They were quick to get back to me. I loved how they followed up to confirm the appointment before and day of. I appreciate their customer service and the serVice they provided! Our electricity went out in parts of the house and we tried to get it back on by flipping the breaker on. He flipped it on and showed us that we had to flip it until we hear the click to off and then turn it back on. It works!!! He did not charge us for this simple fix. Learned something new. Thank you again Austin and Electrical Insight! Highly recommend them.

Abe was responsive and thought outside the box. Other electrician wanted to place new wiring when wiring was already there. Abe figured it out and was able to use pre existing wires.
