He was polite and very nice but was not able to figure out our problem. We had to call another electrician who was able to troubleshoot and solve the problem. He also arrived at a much later time than what he told us so we couldn't get another electrician until the next day.

I'm usually skeptical when it comes to 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I had the pleasure of working with Robert and now I see why he has so many 5 star reviews.

He always answered our questions quickly, and provided knowledgeable advice. I've tried doing my own DIY electrical work - and I gotta say, I was impressed by how he made everything look so neat and organized, and he was able to do it so quickly. As everyone is saying, his work is excellent and the price was affordable!

I normally don't write reviews at all, but I was truly impressed with his work! I highly recommend Robert if you need any electrical work.

I reached out to several companies to look into an electrician panel upgraded and potentially a rewiring job. Robert was the electrician we ended up selecting because his prices were reasonable and he fully explained the process and what he would have to do. PG&E was horribly slow to get us a reservation, but Robert kept us informed of any update and checked in to let us know he was still working on our behalf. Unfortunately, PG&E cancelled on us the day we had scheduled for the power to be cut off. Robert did some prep work and set up a new appointment. On our second try, PG&E showed up, cut the power, and Robert got to work. His prep work earlier paid off and he was able to get our panel installed quickly. Our power was turned back on the same day and we were only without it for about 4 hours. I look forward to working with Robert again on our next project!

I needed to replace a range stove and wasn't comfortable doing the wiring myself. I'm glad I contacted Mr Chen. He is very knowledgeable and offered sound advice. He checked all the wiring in the service panel and changed out a circuit breaker that was too large for the appropriate load.
Mr Chen arrived around 6:30 pm to give me a quote and ended up staying until the job was completed. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent and professional.

Very responsive and punctual. Requested help a few months ago to install a ceiling fan for my room that received very weak air. They were the rare service that actually came on time and provided early notice. Once they arrived, they helped us also install new smoke detectors. Service was excellent and price was fair. No complaints.
