Called Robert at 2 pm on a Sunday and he was at my home at 330 pm. What I couldn't figure out after spending an hour on you tube/google, Robert figured out in minutes. Explained everything in detail and dissuaded me from useless upgrades I had questions on. Highly recommend and will be using him in the future.

First of all!!! I RECOMMEND Robert Chen!!!!! He was punctual, professional and efficient!! He got here on time gave his honest opinion installing a mobile charger and or wall charger! Really appreciate how quickly and easily Robert and I were able to schedule his visit. And he fit me in the next morning! In addition to resolving my breaker problem, I learned a lot from him in the process too. His price was quite reasonable. We discussed some additional projects I'm interested in and he provided very valuable guidance/recommendations about what I can do first on my own (to save money and reduce risk) to make sure the additional work can be done safely (ie. figuring out in advance what may be in the walls). I'm glad to have a friendly and skilled electrician to work with now and highly recommended him!

We needed to add power points on the walls beside the toilet bowls for all 4 of our restrooms, so we can install toilet seat warmers. We searched Yelp and contacted Chen after reading the great reviews. Chen was very responsive and promptly arranged to come do a free assessment and quote. We liked that he was very punctual and was professional and speedy in making the assessment. A week later, we arranged for him to come by on a saturday and this time both he and his wife showed up. She help answer phone calls while he was working, hand him tools and cleaned up the area after he was done. Very humble, down to earth and hardworking couple. My wife was initially apprehensive not knowing what the finished job will look like (our house is just 2years old). But i am glad we are both absolutely pleased, in fact impressed, with the end results. Very neat and works well. I would recommend Chen and hire him again if i have other wiring or installments needed done.
