I found the Electric Brothers on yelp and liked all the positive reviews that they had received. So I called and spoke to Edgar whom gave me a rough estimate via email.

Scheduling was easy. The technicians who came out were very polite, informational, and professional. The work was done in a few hours.

I had them replace 30year old motion lights that stopped working on the front and back of my garage. They also replaced the 30 year old front porch motion light that went out. I had a two prong outlet changed to a three prong outlet indoors.

But the one really big project that I needed done in the back was my outdoor outlet for my above ground pool pump plug-in. It was hanging off of the wall due to a previous yard worker, yanking on the cord of the plug and pulling the outlet out of the wall, that had been installed back in 2018 by somebody else.

So they came and checked the wiring and it was OK and they took that outlet out and replaced it with a better outlet and secured it to the wall. And then I had them change out the huge GFCI plug that was on my sand filter to a smaller one, so it would fit inside the outlets enclosed weather cover.

UPDATE - June 14, 2024: I placed a follow up call and had them come back out two days ago, due to me having to replace my pool sand filter under warranty. The company sent me a new one, which again had that big GFCI plug that I could not open. Edgar came right out & fixed it within 10 minutes.

Great service. I am going to recommend Electric Brothers to everybody I know whom needs any kind of electrical work done. Professionals from the start to the finish and for update/follow-up calls.

Casual but professional in all aspects of the job. The first contact with the estimator was quick, easy, and very informative and helpful (ideas on how the jiob could be done with less damage and better functionality); the scheduler was on top of initial date and follow ups; the guys came in and took less time, were very careful with drop cloths and moving ladders around, and took less time than estimated. Finished product was top notch, and clean up was careful and thorough. Overall? Very competitive price....under promise and over deliver!

My experience with Electric Brothers was very positive. I had my electric panel replaced, which also required some construction as part of the installation process. From start to finish Electric Brothers handled my project with professionalism and each of the technicians had really good energy and really good personalities. The Electric Brothers did a great job upgrading the electric service panel on my 80+ year old house. From instructions on how to schedule a meter spot check (something I'd never heard of) to them pulling the permit and installing the panel, and especially arranging the stucco patch and paint work (not included in other estimates I received) everything went on time and smoothly. My main contact was Edgar, who kept me informed and answered my questions by email and phone as each step of the job progressed over several weeks.
I initially contacted Electric Brothers because of the good ratings they received on Yelp. I am so glad I did, and would recommend them highly.

Hello, i had Electric Bros survey my 50s built home due to some electrical problems and turns out i had bad arcing and other issues including the fact that my panel was never meant to handle the appliances i currently have. For an extremely great price they installed a new solar ready panel brand new breakers with emergency shut off breakers new ground rods and grounded both of my boilers!! Since they did such a great job i also had them correct some horrible wiring in my attic and they will also be doing some circuits in my kitchen. They showed up on time every day we're extremely respectful and clean with the work they did. They kept me informed with anything they discovered and did not try to upsell me. Need electric work? Pro's from the word go! The crew of electricians that worked on my complete electrical upgrade where great! I needed to remove a federal pacific electric stablock panel which are known to be fire hazards. My upgrade was not cut and dry as i decided to move my main service from the back of my house to the back of my detached garage. So the electric brothers crew installed a new 200 amp service behind my garage and then ran underground wire to my home and also installed a 100 amp sub in my hallway. In the process they also added multiple wall and ceiling outlets inside and outside and wired up the ceiling can lights i installed with 6"" led lights. All work was installed to code and the building inspector signed off on the installation. I highly recommend calling the electric brothers for all your electrical needs. Reasonable price and great service from the word go!
