The team was in my neighborhood giving free estimates. They suggested that a 2-way clean out should be installed for easier access to the sewer, and answered a few more questions I had about clean out.

They (Reymundo Lopez, Gerardo Aldaco) arrived on time on the day of the installation, and upon further inspection, they found an existing clean out. So they just exposed the clean out and installed a box around it for accessing the clean out, instead of going with the original plan to install a new clean out. And they charged much less than the original estimate since the job was scaled down. I like their honesty!

These guys are super responsive and they showed up before anyone else even got back to me. Did the job quickly for a reasonable price for plumbers. I'm a contractor myself, and I value promptness and thoroughness and this company delivered on both fronts. They're also nice guys which is sometimes rare in the contracting world. You won't go wrong. The price might be a little higher than the rest of the guys but it's worth it. You're going to save yourself a lot of time and money ultimately. AAA+++

I highly recommend this business. They're professional and honest.
My water heater would not turn on due to pilot light not staying on. While they could have easily suggested a complete replacement, as I had suggested, Samuel was able to quickly notice that my Thermocouple was loose. He fixed it at no cost!
I will be using them in the future to replace my water heater!

I had a bad experience today with Eddy Cruz of EJ Plumbing. On the positive side, they were very responsive and sent someone on the morning after a holiday to help us with clogged toilets while we had family in town.

Unfortunately the Eddy asked me a lot of questions about our plumbing that I couldn't answer because I am not a plumber. He inspected the house and failed to notice that there is a second clean out near our kitchen.

Then he recommended $5000 in services, including installation of a 2-way clean out, and refused to give me a written explanation so that I could check it with a septic serviceman who had been here last week. Basically, instead of looking out for my best interest, he told me that he doesn't want another guy to ""steal"" his $5000 job.

Very disappointing. After talking to the septic person, I learned that EJ was recommending a service that was unnecessary because there was already a clean out in the kitchen.

If you have unlimited funds and don't need your questions answered clearly, you should call EJ. Otherwise, you may want to skip them.
