I didn't know that these were the guys I called for an emergency 3 years ago. They did great then as they did again recently.

Tim fixed my garage disposal in 5 minutes. I'm naive to home repair and troubleshooting, so I greatly appreciated him teaching me how a garbage disposal works, and how to troubleshoot in the future.

Today, Samuel did an efficient job in replacing my water heater. He taught me where to locate the water and gas valve for emergency and yearly maintenance. He also pointed out other features of plumbing that I wasn't aware of. I like how they teach along the way.

I also liked how they tried to control the mess created by the job like using sheets to control water even if outside the house. I also liked that they wore shoe covers for inside the home or they removed their shoes. They also used masks.

They are also very professional. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Our hot water heater gave up and sent a message from yelp and he replied asap and immediately within the same day got someone to come inspect the unit. With just passing pictures back and forth, he was able to figure out the issue and problem was resolved within the same day. It was either replace a part or replace the whole unit. He made sure he tried the cheapest route first.

When the pilot light went out again after a couple of days, he got another person come by immediately and it was fixed again. The part that they bought was faulty and they replaced it without an issue.

Even though our neighbor in front is a plumber, we still decided to go with EJ, now we are so happy coz now we have a plumber for life.

My Wife and I have been incredibly impressed by EJ Plumbing. Our water heater died on a Friday and they were able to get us hot water again for the weekend. We had great communication with the owner and office as they trouble shot the problem while ordering parts. Our tech Sam was also very professional and resolved our problem quickly. The technician showed up to a 1950 4-plex with an issue of clogged drain pipe in a kitchen sink, he wanted to replace the piping without trying to unclog.

Then he wanted $450 to unclog. When asked on the duration of time it will take, he thought it could take an hour maybe two.

I don't recommend them at all. They are looking to over sell and not to solve the problem.

We have waited until we were fully vaccinated to have a repair person come to our house. EJ Plumbing was lightning fast - the work was completed the same day that I called. Now, finally, we have a working garbage disposal again. The plumber was happy to answer a few questions not related to the job at hand, as well. No hard sell on upgrades, full explanation of costs up front. Will use this company again.

Sunday morning, no hot water. I reach out to EJ Plumbing around 9AM thinking they might get back to me on Monday. I was wrong. Three hours later, a truck rolls up and I've got a new water heater a couple hours after that with more capacity, faster heating and better economy. Wham! Very clean install, friendly guy, Covid compliant. Done and done.

This is a shout out for Joksan from EJ Plumbing. He was able to do a job for me on my tub that two other plumbers did not want to do as it was a little tricky. Not only did he succeed in replacing parts behind the tub diverter but he did it for far less than the other two plumbers bid. I just recently hired him for a rental I have and he was able to take care of a tub issue and a toilet.

Needed to call EJ Plumbing again for a leaky whole house filter. Thankfully, EJ Plumbing happens to install the brand we use and Manny was nice enough to come out and take a look at our problem, even though servicing these filters is not one of the things they normally do. Manny walked me through the likely causes and we both determined that replacing the tank was the best approach.

Two days later (after Manny had soaked the carbon media for the required 48 hours), he and the crew came out an installed the new tank in about an hour. This included having to extend and reconfigure the copper pipes because the company has apparently made these tanks taller compared to six years ago. Manny authorized this as part of his original quote, which we very much appreciated.

The crew did a great job and even cleaned up the site before leaving. We're back to having filtered water again without the leaks in the garage. Thank you EJ Plumbing team!

We woke up this morning to no hot water. EJ plumbing was able to send someone out same day. Kevin was awesome- he was super friendly and was quickly able to diagnose the issue and get our tankless water heater up and running again. Highly recommend!
