Joe founded Eilhardt Electric in 2003 with a mission to serve the community. Currently, he continues to assist customers in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties with their home and business electrical needs. Joe has built a strong reputation among local General Contractors and enjoys a loyal customer base that frequently returns and refers him to others.

Born and raised in Sacramento County, Joe values family and community. He is married and has four children. His company actively supports local high schools and recreational soccer leagues. Joe has a degree in Computer Programming and is fully licensed and certified by the State of California as a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

He trained for five years in the IBEW Local #340 apprenticeship program. Following his graduation in May 1996, he was employed by multiple commercial electrical contractors in the Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Joe took on the role of foreman for significant new construction projects at PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. He also worked on numerous State of California buildings in downtown, along with PG&E power plants, emergency backup systems for hospitals, and street lighting.
