In 2003, Joe launched Eilhardt Electric to meet the needs of local customers. Today, he remains dedicated to serving the electrical needs of residents and businesses in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Joe has earned the admiration of many area General Contractors and has a loyal following of customers who repeatedly choose his services and refer him to their networks.

Born and raised in Sacramento County, Joe values family and community. He is a devoted husband and father of four. Eilhardt Electric regularly contributes to local high schools and youth soccer leagues. He earned a BA in Computer Programming and maintains all required licenses and certifications from the State of California for a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Joe underwent five years of training through the IBEW Local #340 apprenticeship. After graduating in May 1996, he gained experience with various commercial electrical contractors in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He was a foreman overseeing major new construction sites for PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Moreover, he was involved in several State of California buildings in the downtown area, PG&E power plants, hospital backup systems, and street lights.
