Joe founded Eilhardt Electric in 2003 with a mission to serve the community. Today, he remains dedicated to serving the electrical needs of residents and businesses in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Joe has built a strong reputation among local General Contractors and enjoys a loyal customer base that frequently returns and refers him to others.

Joe grew up in Sacramento County and places great importance on family and community. He is married and has four children. His business is committed to backing local high schools and community soccer programs. He earned a BA in Computer Programming and maintains all required licenses and certifications from the State of California for a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

He trained for five years in the IBEW Local #340 apprenticeship program. Upon his graduation in May 1996, he worked with several commercial electrical firms in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He served as a foreman on large new construction projects for PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Moreover, he was involved in several State of California buildings in the downtown area, PG&E power plants, hospital backup systems, and street lights.
