In 2003, Joe launched Eilhardt Electric to meet the needs of local customers. Today, he remains dedicated to serving the electrical needs of residents and businesses in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Joe has built a strong reputation among local General Contractors and enjoys a loyal customer base that frequently returns and refers him to others.

Joe grew up in Sacramento County and places great importance on family and community. He is married and has four children. His business is committed to backing local high schools and community soccer programs. Joe holds a BA in Computer Programming and possesses all necessary licenses and certifications from the State of California as a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Joe completed a five-year apprenticeship with IBEW Local #340. After graduating in May 1996, he gained experience with various commercial electrical contractors in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He was a foreman overseeing major new construction sites for PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Additionally, he contributed to various State of California buildings downtown, as well as PG&E power plants, hospital emergency backup systems, and street lighting.
