The lights in our bathroom went out. Jims quote was the most competitive. He was on time, courteous and had a fix for the situation pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, the problem resurfaced and upon conveying that to Jim. His response was unfortunately unsatisfactory. It seems like he did not have the resources to fix the problem permanently. This puts me back in the position of searching for another electrician who can perform the permanent fix.

Although I commend him for his honesty, the rating is directly reflective of the work performed.

Recommend! They worked quickly and efficiently, upgrading the voltage for my new smart doorbell. They even texted a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy with everything! I think it only took them 30 minutes and that was mostly because our house is old and it took awhile to find the transformer. :)

Had an urgent need to get electrical outlet installed outside of the house when I was switching from cable to fiber. Went through the usual Yelp process to get quotes, had a couple of very high quotes that didn't seem reasonable. Then, one of the merchant called back didn't have availability, but recommended EChiBon. With in minutes, Jim (business owner) responded and we corresponded over text to get him the details of what's needed, sent pictures and etc, he was onsite within a couple of hours and got the job done.

Although a small job, but given the experience and the perceived competence, I won't hesitate to use EChiBon again in future jobs.
