Needed something done same-day. No problem. Vartan, who I spoke with, sent two guys over within the hour. Nshan, the electrician he sent over, was amazing. Hands down the best electrian I have ever worked with. I had a very complicated project and Nshan was able to quickly and safely assess and correct the problem. It was clear that Nshan could not only execute procedures, he understood the electrical systems behind them. Nshan cleaned/organized my wires (at the beginning they had looked like a bird's nest) and when he was done he even cleaned my floor where dust/debris had fallen. Nshan and his assistant were respectful, kind, friendly, and wore slippers over their shoes when they entered my home. They even accepted venmo as payment. I cannot say enough praise for Nshan and Eastwest Electric.

He examined my attic for nob & tube wiring & my electrical panel to see if it needed to be upgraded for a new HVAC system. Although happily he diagnosed that nothing needed to be done he did not charge me for his time. What a great guy! I will definitely call him when I put new van lights in several rooms. Very trustworthy.

Great customer service and response. Very professional, honest and courteous. Had an outside problem light not working for over a year. Vartan and his coworker did a thorough job troubleshooting the problem and fixed it. No re-writing needed as I thought there would be.
