East West installed my car charger and a new outlet under a laundry room sink (inside a cabinet), and replaced a couple of switches. Had them over twice to do the different projects. Responsive, reasonably priced, solutions-oriented, COVID-safe (i.e., no touch payment, masks, even booties inside the house), clear communication, and performed clean work. Nshan is definitely my go-to electrician from now on.

Yesterday morning (Saturday) I called Vartan at East West about a mysterious outage in one of the circuits in our old house. The circuit breaker hadn't tripped and I was mystified and concerned. Once again he was able to squeeze me in while in transit with his crew between two other projects. He was quickly able to diagnose and solve the problem. When I called he was up front about not necessarily being able to squeeze me in but told me he would let me know within a couple of hours. And he did that. I really appreciate follow-up like that.

We agreed that he would start work at 8am today, and he and his crew showed up at 7:55. They did such clean work that it turns out we don't even need to call a drywall guy to patch up the walls. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nashan from East-West Electric! He is truly the epitome of professionalism. He rescued me on a Saturday by fitting me into his already booked schedule to fix a sparking, mini flame shooting electrical outlet within a few hours of my seeking help. 1. He arrived right on time and adhered to Covid precautions (mask, shoe covers, cleansing wipes, etc).
2. He diagnosed and explained the cause of my problem by visually pointing out the areas of damage.
3. After installing new parts, he thoroughly cleaned the wall and flooring where he worked. He also removed the dust bunnies that have evaded my cleaning routine (haha).
4. He went above and beyond by helping me with some minor non-electrical assembly work to make my life a bit easier.
4. All this he did in under an hour.

I am so pleased with his service that I plan to have him back soon to install home security cameras. He gave me a competitive quote and said he would take care of connecting everything to my current system. I recommend his services without reservation. You can trust all of the five star reviews! Prepped the area first- covered furniture/floor with plastic. Installed NEST Smoke/CO2 detectors (hardwired) throughout house. Perfectly cut the holes in the ceiling so that the smoke detectors completely covered the hole. Installed 2 ceiling fans - both wobble-free at the highest speeds and work perfectly! Excellent attention to detail - asking my preference on details as the work progressed. Very patient with a great attitude. Worked efficiently and left the work areas spotless - not a trace of plastic or wall crumbs anywhere!
