East Bay Electric is my go to for all electrical work from now on. I've had them come out twice now and both experiences were great. They did a LOT of work (basically rewiring most of the home) for me, and were quick, affordable, professional and friendly.

We bought a home and had them come in to inspect the electrical and then rectify the issues they found. They were able to fit us in immediately and got the work done before we even fully moved in. They worked with us to do prudent upgrades around the house to make everything work for us and what we wanted.

Terrific company! Arrived within the 2 hour time frame. They send a text message with photos of your electrician and their background with the company. EB Electric charges by the hour but our guy came in and fixed our 2 problems plus one additional issue in one hour. Will definitely use them again! A+

Wow, this company blew me away. Out of nowhere, a breaker at my house started continuously tripping (even when we'd reset it, it would trip again within a few minutes). I called several electricians in the area, but everyone was booked. When I called East Bay Electric, I spoke with Jennifer, who put me on the ""on-call list"" in case an opening popped up. Sure enough, she was able to get a technician to my house on the same day! I really appreciated that I received a text message with the technician's name, picture, and the ability to track his arrival. The technician, Pete, not only fixed the problem (fingers-crossed...it's only been one day so far, but Pete assured me that he would come back if it became an issue again), but automatically cleaned up two additional issues that he found. Beyond that, after I explained that my husband and I had just moved in a couple of months ago and had another question, Pete walked me through possible renovations/upgrades that I could make. He even looked in the attic for me! Jennifer also followed up with a phone call afterward to make sure everything went okay during the appointment. I will absolutely use this company again!

Roger,
This is Mark Alex is my middle name. Stop pretending you do not know who I am. You sent me a bill 2-3 years ago with no description. I called you and your office to get it fixed with no result. I never authorized the bill nor do I know what you billed me for. The last three years you have used over 5 different collection companies. I just spoke with Luis from Dynamic. He told me he will not take me to court for such a small amount of $1597.85. It would possible affect my credit. I explained that he has no case since I never authorized the bill nor signed a contract. After explaining my position I asked him not to call again.

As a potential person thinking of using this company you have to ask yourself why is Roger doing this? There is no money here. As a licensed contractor you need a signed contract in order to place a mechanics lien on property you do work on. Roger never filed one.

After I waste time talking to collection companies they send it back to Roger who then uses someone new. The reason he gets someone new is that I ask them not to contact me. Roger gets around this by using someone new. 3 years and 6 companies. The only result of this action is harassing calls from collection companies to my family. I am a Senior Citizen and my wife has cancer. You are really a heartless person behind your friendly smile.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. I am starting on social media myself. I will involve all my family members and friends who received a collection call. If I get one more contact from collection I will also file with the state contracting board regarding your license. If you resolve the situation I will remove all my actions. Life is too short and you are your actions.

After trying to repair a circuit myself, I tripped a breaker and melted the wire back to the circuit breaker. EB Electric responded, made safe and provided me with a fair estimate of repair. They were totally responsive from emergency response, repairs, to meeting with the City inspector and answered all of my questions. I will definitely hire them again for all electrical needs. Fast, fair, and thorough.

This is a very professional electrical company. Roger came to give me a quote in a very reasonable timeframe and the price was reasonable too. They installed electrical wires for my new hot tub and did a great job. I would definite recommend them and use them again in the future.
