Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I called Earle's to see about scheduling an appointment to have an electrical issue resolved. Not only did his son Brandon show up in a timely manner, but he got everything up and running right away! I highly recommend their services! Efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, cost effective and trustworthy. What more could you ask for?

Overall excellent experience using Earle. In the morning by phone, he promised to come to my home to look at a flaky ceiling fan. In the afternoon, he sent two of his team to my house. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fan and controller are old. They suggested that it would be cheaper to replace the ceiling fan rather than spend money trying to repair it. NO CHARGE for this quick very useful visit. Other electricians ask from $180 to $350 for a one hour minimum to come to your home.

Needed an outlet outside my home for an on demand water heater being installed. I called Earle's based on recommendation by family friend and Nextdoor community; Earl came by that same morning to see if it was doable and afterwards sent someone to install that afternoon at what I believe to be a good and fair price. I will be calling for future electrical needs.

I had a great experience with Earle and recommend his company highly. Earle was responsive by phone (he called me back a day after I first left him a message and apologized for the delay in getting back to me!) and very efficient in his biding process. His bid seemed very reasonable to me and I got the sense that he was a man of integrity, so I decided to use his company. Earle showed up on time with his crew (the foreman, Luis, was lovely: thoughtful, tidy, etc.), answered all my questions, and his team did the work as outlined in their bid. They cleaned up after they were done. The work they did was excellent; they even corrected - without extra charge - some electrical fire hazards that they discovered while doing the contracted work. Highly recommended!

Earle's son Brandon and his helper installed a GFCI box for my dishwasher. Phone response was excellent; appointment turnaround was excellent; they showed up on time!

Phone price quote was exceptional; so, I won't quibble they ended up charging me a tiny bit more! I will certainly be saving his name for future electrical needs! Finding and booking electricians for homeowners is NOT easy in Oakland. A keeper!

We had a fantastic experience with Earle and his team. We needed to replace a Federal Pacific box and add a 240V outlet for a new washer and dryer.

We're new homeowners and have never dealt with permitting, but Earle helped us every step of the way. He stayed on PG&E to make sure all of our documentation was in order, and he coordinated with the city to finalize the permit. In fact, he noticed some incomplete work on our tankless water heater that he knew would raise an issue with the city, so he and his team took care of that as well.

Their work is great and ll the guys were great to work with. I will absolutely turn to them for any future electrical work we do at the house.

Looks like one either loves Earle's, or doesn't at all. We are in the
""We Love Earles"". He is licensed, diligent, reasonable and we've had NO PROBLEMS with his firm over the past 5 years. We plan to keep using his services and recommending him to friends and clients

Earle was one of the few electricians to call me back. We had a good conversation and I scheduled an appointment with him. Then I got a call from my realtor that Earle was a no-show, and he wasn't responding to phone calls. He never let us know that he would be flaking, didn't call us back to apologize and reschedule. I guess he's got enough work that he doesn't feel the need to be courteous. I would not have been upset if he had just called us and let us know that he was either running late or couldn't make it - stuff happens and I'm reasonable and understanding, but he couldn't extend that common courtesy to us. Very disappointing.

Earle has done various things at my house over the past 4 years. He, his son, and the other workers have all been incredibly nice and knowledgable. I've had them do various things from rewiring parts of my 1908 home, installing light switches and additional outlets, to replacing lightning fixtures that haven't been touched since the 1960s. I suppose sometimes he may not respond immediately, but it has never been an issue for me. He's a good guy and does great work.
