Attention Home Warranty Clients: Occasionally, a second service visit may be needed. As part of our agreement with your warranty company, we need to provide a diagnosis for authorization prior to completing any repairs. When we get the go-ahead, we will set up a time for our return. We encourage you to read your contract thoroughly and contact your warranty provider for clarification on any points. Our obligation is to deliver a truthful and professional diagnosis to the warranty provider. Should your warranty refuse the repairs, it is not a reflection of our diagnosis. In the event we misdiagnose a problem or if a repair fails, the warranty will send us back to fix the issue at no charge to you. Sometimes, the warranty may deny repairs based on the nature of the issue. If this occurs, please contact us to handle the repairs outside of the warranty. We regret any negative reviews from customers stemming from misunderstandings about why repairs were denied. Know that we do our utmost to address your electrical concerns and perform all required repairs when they fall under your warranty. We service multiple homes each day and aim to provide a schedule that meets your needs. Should you be unavailable during our agreed appointment time, your warranty provider may impose a fee for our return. Service calls can often be confusing. Stephen got us scheduled the next day, we didn't have to wait. I got a text when he was on his way and knew when he would arrive which is so helpful as I have little kids at home. He listened to me explain our issue and he spent time explaining to me what was going on in our house. He was very helpful and I would definitely call him again for electrical issues.

American home shield sent this company and the owner showed up to our gate and because there was an issue with his name he made my appointment a no-show. I took off from work to accommodate this appointment and the owner doesn't have the common courtesy to call the home owner to get access in to the security gate because I missed spelling of the name. The technician did not have a 10 second courtesy to call us to let us know that he was having issue getting into the front gate. Whoever is there clerk or representative that schedules appointments is very rude as well. Just No courtesy or professionalism at all

My Warrenty company sent out Jaegar Electric. They were pleasant in the beginning. I realize that the Warrenty company does not cover REMOTES yet I was willing to hire Jaegar Electric to do the work and pay them. They never returned my numerous phone calls not had the decency to even let me know they were not interested in the work. I would not recommend them as apparently they are TOO busy and do not need the work.

7/8/2021 I would had Given them a half of star but it wasn't a choice they was supposed to be be at my house by 12pm they showed up after I left to work I'm not sure if this company is doing insurance Fraud or what but this guy came to our house for 5 minutes my mom's husband showed him what was wrong went back outside to check on him and he was already gone didn't tell us what was wrong or anything when I called my home warranty they let me know that he wrote on the report that there is no electric to my home that I currently have and had electricity in when he arrived to my home and that there was intentional damage to my circuit panel I just bought my house just over a year ago and my house is over 30 years old he wrote there was no normal wear and tear so I told my insurance they need to send someone else to my house because that's not what sce told me when they came out to look at it just a day before this company if anyone Recommend them to you they don't like you sce said only one part on my panel needs to be replaced because it could cus a structure fire But this guy who came for every bit of 5-7 minutes wrote the whole panel needs to be replace what a joke I would think sce Which is a Electric company would have told us that instead of telling us to call our home warranty company so that they would cover the repair I hope my review help someone else

Had a warranty call set for arrival between11-3. They no showed, no call. I checked the call status online, and my call had been marked completed an hour before. I called, no answer. They text me 25 min later saying I was still on the schedule. Totally unprofessional. I canceled the request and rebooked through another company. What a complete joke this company is

There's no excuse for someone not calling me. NO EXCUSE. I checked the call status online at 3 and it showed my job was marked completed an hour before. I was told 11-3. I deserve the courtesy of a phone call. My time is worth $125 an hour- so don't try to make excuses for bad customer service. There is no excuse. Saying I'd receive the same service is a complete joke- they can't even call to say they're late. Crap customer service
